We normally go to the Burger King in Albany, but this location was closer today 1/14/2026. I ordered 6 Fully loaded Crisontwitches and a small hash brown ( normal order 2x -3x a month). Because of the size of my order I don’t mind waiting. With waiting normally means quality. NOT at this location. My sandwiches were thrown together, falling apart, dry, and cold. The hashbrrowns were old. Thank you for waisting my hard earned money!

A woman at the counter was helpful, professional, courteous. A couple of her coworkers were a little slow on the uptake. Gentlemen, get it together. Restaurant was busy. Not enough people on duty. Thank you Burger King. Our burgers sat under the heat lamp for – one — two— three— FIVE minutes. Sort of warm. Tiny burger patty. Giant bun. Anyways… Probably will not eat at any Burger King in the unforeseeable future.

Huge shout out to the crew at burger king tonight!(Oct. 3,2025) They dealt with a big rush and crushed it. They had great customer service and attitudes and words cannot describe how amazing they were and I sincerely hope the other customers treated them with respect and gratitude!

The assistant manager was really rude to an employee named McKenzie and gave McKenzie such rude attitude. McKenzie was really sweet in taking our orders in and is a good employee who shouldnt have to deal with that attitude for something she couldnt help at the register.

I usually don’t review fast food places, but this Burger King is exceptional. The service is fast despite long lines at the drive through and they strive to help people get the best deals on the menu. They have never messed up my order and the food has always come out hot. All of the employees have been pleasant and they even work with people with disabilities. Also, the restaurant is clean and nicely landscaped. There’s not much more I could ask for from a Burger King.
