So I went in here last night because it was later and my family was hungry. Went to the drive-thru at a little after 8:00 their lobby was closed. I ordered six double cheeseburgers six bacon double cheeseburgers a large fry and a kids six-piece chicken nugget. They had me go wait around by the door because it was a large order I understood. I get home only to discover that my youngest six-piece chicken nugget kids meal is not there. My other half says that he will call them and go down there and get it. While he’s on the phone he says my wife came through and ordered blank The lady said oh yeah I forgot to put that in the bag come back there and get it. He comes home to tell me that the two ladies at the drive-thru window were holding him up trying to get his phone number. If I was a little younger I would have went down there and had it out with them but I was highly upset that it took forever to get my 7-year-old his food because these two ladies at the window were trying to get my other half’s phone number. So to the pink haired lady with tattoos at the drive-thru window yesterday at about 8:00 I made a complaint to corporate as well. Hope you have The week you deserve.

Food was poor quality for price, workers seemed like they didn’t care, watch worker toss my order onto the counter, not lightly. Highly recommend the Carl’s Jr or McDonald’s across the street.

Stopped in today to grab an Impossible King. It took a while, and when I got it I discovered they had put cheese on it despite my asking for no cheese. So had to wait another while for my order and when I finally got it, meh. The patty was overcooked, and I’m not sure where they’re getting their pickles but the one on my burger was like leather! Nothing bad to say about the staff, everyone makes mistakes. But the food? I’ve had the Impossible King at other BKs and it was delicious. Here, not at all.

I ordered 2 whopper Jr sandwiches, and 2 fries. I then had enough rewards points to get a free soft serve in a cup. Not only did they tell me I had to buy something else to use my rewards points, but they took my rewards points, put an ice cream cone in a cup. Then they told my partner and I that we needed to leave the lobby after I get my ice cream. She was saying racist and discriminate things about my husband and I “not having money”, poor white people trying to get free food”. Which I had already paid for 2 meals previously. The Hispanic female manager last night made me never want to come back. Never go here if you’re white, or trying to get your much earned rewards. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!

I had the best cheeseburger that I have ever had from a burger king in my 50 years. The bun actually looked like the picture and the filling was generous. Also, the server at the window was so happy. When I commented on it she said that she really liked her job. How often do you here that?
