Do not go to this Burger King. They’re broiler doesn’t work but they said they would give me the extra meat that they had. That’s been sitting there just for the app orders for 30 minutes. Who wants a patty that’s 30 minutes old? So I get something else because they can’t help me with my app order or refund my money at all because they know nothing about the app. I think the manager should know something about the app or you know download it learn about it that would be smart as a manager. You can’t help your customers. Then they don’t have frozen Coke anymore. Why is it on your app OK? So I get a chicken sandwich because I’m not getting my money back so I have to get something then they tell me oh we have burgers now another store brought us some OK are those 30 minutes old or longer too because they were transported from another store? No one wants old patties. They should not be sitting there for more than five minutes 10 minutes and that’s disgusting too. But 30 minutes or the time it took someone to bring them from another store. Just don’t go to this Burger King. If they do business like that, just don’t eat there. They’re gonna give you really old product and think it’s a good thing. And that is wild to me I worry about their food safety.

Ive had multiple missing and wrong items from here, but the main issue is the mixing hot and cold items. I don’t want my soda in the same bag as my food. Who wants their iced drink in the same bag as their hot food? It takes more effort to put them into the same bag than it would to do a better job.

Service is incredible, all the employees are cool and good at their job.
2 managers, man and woman. Both know EXACTLY how to run this place, plus there is a shorter woman who I see managing occasionally, she is great as well. I know how hard it is to get recognition for your hard work in fast food with upper management. I hope the higher ups give them praise

Dont waste your money to get the sponge Bob meal. $17.99 for the meal that we couldn’t even have all the meal. We ordered but right when it was time to hand it to us. We were informed the they dont have the correct drink. They just assumed we wanted a chocolate shake instead. No crowns available, nor did they give us napkins or sporks for our pie. But we won’t talk about the pie. As they both were smashed. So again… do not waste your money!!! I also assumed this would have came with some sort of collectable/ toy. Errr… I am so upset about this purchase. And I purchased two of these meals.

A little more speedy then McDonalds but the fries here are tasty and there’s almost never a line in the drive through.
I am visiting Burger King more often because the food is so good, my kids ask to go here almost everyday!

I ordered off the value menu, 2 for 5 and got a small ice water. Was told my order was 5.29 and then they ran my card for 6.00 and didn’t give me a receipt. I don’t think I’ll be going back here.

If I could give them a 0 I would. This Burger King always has the WORST customer service plus I’ve never received a correct order from them. I nearly spent $30 to get two completely different sandwiches than what I ordered, plus I ordered a large fry and this is what I got half full and very small. Oh yeah and when you call them they don’t answer probably too busy chit chatting in the back, I know how it is to work in fast food and this establishment is awful. Burger King is Keizer is definitely the way to go don’t waste your time or money here.

Quick and friendly customer service. Generally busy but clean indoor and outdoor seating. Napkins and condiments are not readily available and you have to request more by standing in line again or catching someone’s eye behind the counter. They have tables with Outlets to charge your cell phone or plug in your laptop.
