If I could rate below zero I would. I did a door dash order for a whopper jr at 8:50. For some reason a person in Monmouth picked it up and didn’t get to the store till 9:30 pm. I honestly don’t care whatever cross over or go between happened because it was finally 10pm when I got the burger which I didn’t care about. When I went to eat my burger….it was a bun and a patty. Nothing else. And nothing else will make me believe that wasn’t something done on purpose.
The rhyme, reason, or happenstance of why I ordered a damn whopper jr with door dash doesn’t matter cause I paid the fees and I tipped the driver. And the restaurant is open till 11pm.
I cannot imagine if they did this to me….what they may be doing to others.

We eat breakfast here quite regularly. We had their sausage, egg, and cheese croissan’wiches, Jr breakfast burrito, hash browns, and French toast sticks. They are all really good. When their hash browns are fresh and crispy they are the absolute best. I like their eggs much better than McDonald’s weird rubbery eggs they put on their breakfast sandwiches.
However it was their service that really stood out this time. While initially upset because they forgot one of our sandwiches, the syrup for the French toast sticks, and the salsa for my hubby’s burrito that he specifically asked for, their
response was perfect. When my hubby called them, they were apologetic, and they gave us an extra sandwich and large hash brown for the trouble. Other restaurants should take a lesson in customer service like this. Well done Burger King.

I pulled up to the drive thru and sat there for at least 10 min without moving before I decided to go in. I had to stand for an additional 5 to 8 min. I placed my order online, things weren’t moving there was only 2 customers in the store. I don’t know why it was so extremely slow but I’m not going here again.

Only had a small issue with the french fries being cold. They immediately cooked me fresh, steaming hot fries. They were friendly, polite and made me feel welcome. The only issue I had was when I cleaned up after myself and went to throw away my trash, both of the trash cans were over filled with waste. In the picture below I had already pushed the garbage down so that I could fit my own trash into the hole on the left. This wasn’t an issue, however. As for the rest of the store it was squeaky clean even the soda machine had been kept clean with no spoils or drips in site. The parking lot was also clean. So in all I’m still giving them 5 stars because even though the garbage was full it wasn’t out of control and everything around the cans was clean. It may have just been end of shift. Great job overall and to the staff, I say, Thank you!

Extra charges? With the yum meal they charge extra when you order a different side then you start with. Example if you order fries you get endless fries if you order coleslaw then its endless coleslaw.

What I ordered – Double Whopper with cheese and no onion.
What I got – Single Whopper no cheese and a bunch of onion.
Either the workers here are incompetent, or management doesn’t know how to train their workers properly. It wasn’t even close to what I ordered on top of the fact that it was cold. Based on the other reviews for this location, management needs to be changed. Absolutely no sense of pride here apparently. Can’t even read an order ticket and make what was paid for.

A friend from McMinnville was bragging on Burger King‘s soft serve cones. In McMinnville they are about 4 inches high and really good! But I went to the one in West Salem and this is what I got. I won’t be back.

Ordered impossible burger with no mayo to make it vegan. Used drive through. When I got home, discovered it had mayo. Such a waste of money and no dinner for me tonight unless I drove another half hour round trip to get it replaced. So disappointing!
