My family and I went to grab a quick bite before heading back to Seattle, to start off this store has been one of the cleanest that we’ve been to! All of the staff were very smiley & friendly. The gentlemen that took our order was very polite & even though we had a big, complicated order, he made sure every detail of our burgers was correct and kept a smile throughout the whole thing. He was very friendly to our daughters and even gave them a crown, gave each of them a smile! Food exceeded our expectations, friendliness and cleanliness. For sure stopping by on our next road trip!

Bad experience here. I was the only one in the lobby and waited 20 minutes for an order. One other person had their order taken in the lobby in that time period and was server within a couple minutes. When I asked about my order they handed me a burger off the warmer and some fries and sent me on my way. It tasted like my burger was 19 minutes old. I was never offered a desert or any kind of compensation for the trouble.

The service was excellent! Fast and fresh foods! My order was made correctly as I ordered it. I also entered inside to use the restrooms , bathrooms were extremely cleaned , and I noticed that the lobby was spotless! Amazing experience, fast & clean!

This was my first time to BK in five years due to poor service I received five years ago. I will never be back. I walked into the lobby to order, the gentleman behind the counter gave me that “cut it” sign when people wave their hand at their throat. He just kept repeating “sir my lobby is closed”. I must have looked quite confused as I was able to walk through an unlocked door, there was no sign indicating a closure and a there was a large neon style sign that was lit up with “OPEN” in big bright letters. I will never be back.

This was the best BK experience! Food was decent, it’s still fast food. It was hot and fresh. My order is very custom due to an allergy and they got it right. Husband ordered a Fanta slushy and it was still runny so they offered another one when it was done. Wasn’t done by the time we were leaving, so they insisted he take a coke slushy to go. Ali was our cashier and they were fantastic. I felt like they really loved their job and was super friendly.

The ladies who are working the 9am shift have this place so clean, and inviting. The food was great! The fries piping hot like burger King used to guarantee, everything was cooked and assembled to my high standards. It’s a good thing these ladies don’t work at the burger King by my place or I’d eat bk on a regular!

They could really fill their burgers better. Each burger we got looked smushed and old. When you get a whopper. I expect to get a whopper. Not a whopper that hardly has anything in it. I was a little disappointed with that. Our fries also didn’t haves salt on them.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 orders of chicken fries, a small fry, a small drink and a bacon cheese burger. Got to the window and we had to ask for the chicken fries because they weren’t in the bag. When we got home to eat (15 minutes away) I opened the burger and there was no burger on it, just cheese and bacon. I called but the phone just rings and rings and then hangs up. Not cool Burger King!
