Bad experience here. I was the only one in the lobby and waited 20 minutes for an order. One other person had their order taken in the lobby in that time period and was server within a couple minutes. When I asked about my order they handed me a burger off the warmer and some fries and sent me on my way. It tasted like my burger was 19 minutes old. I was never offered a desert or any kind of compensation for the trouble.

Apparently the whopper jr. Just had all its body hair shaved, got shrunk down and just arrived in leisureland from the movie downsizing.

To Miguel. Respectfully, I don’t care nor need to know how Burger King is owned, we just wanted our food… Packing before an order is complete, is not a costumers fault. You guys either need faster pace employees or need to do better and learn to be patient. Arguing with a costumer because of your teams problem is so disappointing. It’s fast food. The only thing you can really say about a fast food place is thats the employees are either nice or rude and if the place is dirty or clean. This Bk in my experiences over the years of going there is that the employees are usually pretty friendly and nice. If they get busy busy and have a line out the parking lot in the drive threw and a bunch of people inside there gonna be in work fast mode so they might be a little short with convo tryna get everyone delt with. I know how some of you are with fast food and retail employees acting like they work solely for you and everyone else should just wait on you hand and foot, chill. There most of the time kids entering the workforce tryna get money to hang out with friends on the weekend. No need to throw a fit if something get switched up on your order it’s free to be kind and understanding. Now if they are workers are cussing you out taking your order then throw the food at you and laugh sure crash out a bit . But that’s not the case 99.99 percent of the time there’s alot of ppl that eat at the same place you eat at things get mixed up sometimes. It’s not a personal attack on you it’s just how it goes sometimes. Anyways it’s fast food the inside is always clean when I have went there and the food is fast food. The employees are nice.
