Burger King is the only fast-food restaurant I’ll eat in because of the flame broiled burgers. This Burger King location is my favorite. They really do let me choose to make my meal exactly the way I want it. Tony, the manager, greets me with warmth and a desire to please like he’s the maître-d’ of a fine restaurant. I love the soft drink machine with all the different varieties to choose from. What fun! I also want to mention the employee Wendy who was very helpful to me today. This isn’t the closest location to me but it is the one I will visit over again because of the great service.

Food was hot and tasty. The burgers were well assembled and not off-center where the cheese and condiments were sticking to the wrapper and look like a total mess. I was listening to the guy taking orders and he assisting families who had concerns and seemed to genuinely care and THAT is the overall theme at this location is that they CARE. From the order being taken to the final product care was being taken. The interior is clean but a little outdated but that is a big expense. They were even pressure washing the exterior when I was there. That is a great way to make the building look fresh without having to put a lot of money into it i think that is great!
My only complaint… the freestyle soda machine was out of almost every syrup. In fact diet ran out almost completely while trying to fill our cup. By “completely” I mean almost all diet sodas became grayed out after it ran out when filling diet coke. Every popular flavor syrup was all out as well. I believe only tropical flavors remained.

Very quick service. The manager was at the drive thru at lunch and did a fabulous job of expediting and getting cars thru the line in a timely manner. The whopper I had was acceptable but the lettuce was sub par with big chunks of mainly white lettuce that I scrapped off.
Everything else was good. Love Burger King’s pickles.

Look, I’m not the kind of guy who is going to rate fast food 2 stars and claim it’s not as good as a restaurant. No, I rate them proportionate to what you expect for the brand. There’s a BK near my place I rate 4 or 5 stars because they’re exactly what you hope/expect from the company. If you give good service and the food is warm and tastes as expected for your brand, I’ll give you 5 stars.
This location is probably the second worst BK I’ve experienced (they can thank the Burlington, VT BK for taking the title).
Every bit of the experience was bad – their speaker/mic system sucked and he had to ask me to repeat myself so much I felt like I was scolding a child for not listening. My order was large so they had me park to bring it out (to manipulate the drive through stats, I get it) and then when I get the order I realize two sandwiches are missing so I go back in to the restaurant only to see them still sitting on the warmer.
Then I get home with the food and realize the fry containers are 3/4 full. Again, I’m not judging them by some restaurants that dump extra fries on top of your order a la Five Guys or In N Out (but theirs are soggy from peanut oil so who really wants more anyway?). No, I’m talking BK standards. Wasn’t generously filled, wasn’t even appropriately filled. It was 3/4 what it was supposed to be. So my 5 medium fries really were like 3 medium fries worth (as mentioned, it was a big order).
I used to visit businesses near this BK fairly often so it surprised me that I never remember eating here before. But certainly won’t be returning to this one.

I literally had one of the chicks argue with me about whether or not what I ordered was correct. I placed an online order. Which means I have a copy of what I ordered. She did it wrong and then proceeded to yell at me about what I ordered as if I couldn’t pull it up. She said she would fix it and instead slathered Ketchup all over my food so I couldn’t eat it. She was a raging attitude having weirdo, and I don’t understand why you think you’re someone higher than you are. like chill, ma’am, this is a burger king…
Went back 6 months later. Thought it would be different. Even worse. Ordered double whopper and got single… with a piece of her hair in it…

I initially rated this location with one star. I visited this location today, and it was very clean the back kitchen is still a major concern for me looks unsanitary. The tables vicinity is clean but I rather see the kitchen where my food is prep cleaner.

I ordered the NEW BBQ Brisket Whopper. There wasn’t any brisket on the burger. I checked my receipt to be sure there wasn’t a mix-up…NO mix-up, on the receipt it clearly states BBQ BRIS WHP $9.59. Because I went drive through, I believe this was intentional. They assumed I would not bother to come back. They were correct. I didn’t go back and never will. I tried calling but they never answered the phone. This Lake Oswego Burger King is never busy and it’s probably not doing well. I have been disappointed before at this location but was sucked in by the advertising for the Brisket Whopper. My 1 star is generous.

The food here is horrible so I give it one star. The service is ok because the bathroom isn’t locked and it’s a free toilet to use when close by. The atmosphere gets a 1 star because how do you have a 100 foot flag pole and not have an American flag flying on it?
