Had the worst customer service ever. Whoever (SORIANOLC on our receipt) took our order in the drive-thru could not understand a simple request of ‘NO CHEESE.’ We had to repeat it three times just to make sure it was clear. When we got to the window, instead of apologizing or clarifying, she mocked me by repeating ‘NO CHEESE’ in a sarcastic tone to her coworkers. She also said a bad word in her language, ‘yutninam,’ which is Filipino—and I am Filipino as well, so I understood it. That was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Customers should not be mocked or spoken about negatively, especially when they are being polite and clear with their order. This experience completely ruined our visit, and I hope management addresses this behavior.

Horrible! I got a simple whopper junior meal. The whopper junior had two top buns, but the bottom one was extremely smashed. The top just fell apart as soon as I took one bite. Even the wrapper was bad. It was an obviously very old burger. I refuse to go back to this place, better options in the area.

It’s a Burger King. Restaurant is clean, employees have always been polite, and service is quick. Even when the line backs up for lunch it doesn’t take very long. Never had an issue with a bun breaking apart like the other review, not sure what that’s about.

Pretty okay, the burgers can be made better though. When I get mine they tend to be all sober the place and half my topping are outside of the burger when just opening it. Other than that they are pretty good and friendly.

Customer service here is lacking another word is none. I went there bc I wanted a Whopper . What’s the deal with the buns for the sandwiches nowadays the bun breaks apart soon as you bite into them very disappointing. Pease this fix this I’m not the only person that has this complaint,but I know I’m one of the few that writes about it next time this happens I will take a picture so to verify it.

When I went it was about 6pm on a Friday and it was not crowded at all. I really enjoyed that. Great staff and the facility was very clean and well stocked with napkins straws and miscellaneous items for easy dining. Mahalo aaand Aloha
