Every time I dine-in, it’s dirty.
Service is slow.
Would have to walk back up to the counter cause for some reason they can get the sauce correct for my orders.
It’s like they dont even Listen when you’re ordering. You have to repeat yourself like 5 times and they still don’t get it right. Absolutely. The most frustrating experience. We are never going again, although we do say that every time and we like the chicken fries.
Window clerk needs to work on her customer service BIG TIME.
Upon receiving my order not a single response from her (no thank you , not a word)
