The service here is really nice. Lately our fries has been stale. Seems as if it stayed out and they just tossed it in the oil to heat up. We bought the sponge Bob meal, so waste they had nothing much that was shown for the meal because the ran out of cups, dessert, etc….such a let down! You pay all that monies to get what they advertise and they use the regular cups and bags, this annoys me!
Lastly, on my whopper I paid for extra onions and I got like 5 tiny pieces of onions, I believe it was .49 cents more. Dont waste you time, just go home a cut a onions yourself. Overall, I feel like this place is starting to lack in their food.

The price for fast food is out of control. The food quality doesn’t match the cost. Okay in a pinch but you could go to a nicer restaurant for about the same price. It’s around $20 on average just for a burger, fries, and a drink

I ate here around 930pm and I was curious to see how it holds up compared to Oahu’s BK’s(I gave up on them). The place was empty(same as Oahu lol) but it looks new and was super clean-and cold! Lol
Because it was so empty the workers were playing a game-shooting trash in the trash can as soon as they saw my car lights they scrambled back behind the counter-I was cracking up.
Service was good and quick (there was only one other party), and the food was good-especially the onion rings (crispy!). The patty in my rodeo burger looked flat and dry but the bbq sauce took care of it.
This was the best BK experience I’ve had in Hawaii. Oh and the teenage workers with their audible conversations was crack up lol

Hands down the best Burger King I’ve ever visited. Lillian was super helpful and friendly. Food was hot and delicious. They even gave me free sauce which should be automatic at places. The manager was also very polite when giving me my order. I will definitely return here. Mahalo for your aloha.

We visited this Burger King at 5:30pm of April 17th. We ordered a #6 meal and chatted with the cashier, a beautiful and friendly young woman with a nose ring who appeared to be in high school or college. She not only helped us with our order but also complimented my wife’s hair, which we appreciated. During our conversation, we learned that she originally lived in Washington and moved here with her mother because of work. We also talked about other things. Maybe it’s a small thing for you, but your story has influenced us in many ways. We want to express our thanks to you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you so much.
