They couldn’t even refill my cup with ice water. I think the only reason they still have customers is because people don’t pay attention to how much they spend or because they don’t want to be embarrassed by backing out of the drive thru
The bread falls apart too quickly, also there is no need to drown any of the items in mayonnaise and or ketchup. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve forgot to order my food with light or no ketchup/mayonnaise, only to have to wipe all the excess from the edges with all of the napkins in the bag. And mayonnaise doesn’t wipe off easy. It smears into the bread further ruining the structural integrity of the bread… it’s 2 simple fixes…
1. Ask your bread supplier to update the recipe to make the bread a little “stiffer”
2. Stop putting so much dang condiments on stuff. Train your employees to do like 1/3 of what they’re doing. I shouldn’t have to make a custom order just to get a reasonable about of K/M/M
Other than that I like BK and sometimes a flame broiled burger is a nice change of pace to all the griddle-top joints.
