I’ve always had a soft spot for Burger King even though I worked there from 2003-2008. I’ve always liked the food and that hasn’t stopped to this day. My go-to is always a double cheeseburger made into a meal, and I replace fries with a 4 piece chicken nugget. The renovated building looks great too! The whole front line was pretty much high school employees. They are new employees since the business just had to go through a whole rehiring process of new employees and they were trained for the grand opening. Give these kids a little patience if they aren’t as fast or struggling taking an order. I’ve been there so I know how that goes. Other than that I had a pretty streamlined experience ordering and getting my food. I will definitely be back for the occasional double cheeseburger

drive thru with coupon. large meal. fries were skimpishly filled. when I pointed it out excuses were given. they did add more to be normal large but with snarky attitude and ‘well just this time’ said snottily.

Lack of customer service. Screens take your order. Even when there is someone right there, ridiculous. No acknowledgment of human beings. 2 families ahead of us ordered food and got their stuff, but when we asked for an update, attitude was given. Kiosk orders not acknowledged.

It’s pretty good, gets my order wrong a few times but they’re nice and will help you if you be nice to them. I like burger king, I don’t love it, I like it. I would point out a specific worker if I knew her name, shes awesome. The food itself is good, it tastes really good. That’s why I said its good.

Service is really good and employees are great. The problem is management. Specifically whoever decided it’s okay to only have two people running the store. I was told it’s because there isn’t enough money, which I call bs on because BK is a multi billion dollar company. Stop it with the skeleton crews.
