Usually, this burger king is great when it comes to the mornings and middle of the Day while the manager/gm is there but at night that the whole other story I asked for my food, fresh out of the fryer, and I was told with attitude, it’s always fresh on our crew at night. When I said okay, I still would like them Fried fresh and my food came out Double fried and did not taste right. Super upset with their last few night crews. But tonight’s most of all.

We got in to town around 10pm and everywhere else in Mt Shasta on a Thursday closes at 9pm. Given that this was the only option, I was pleasantly surprised. Service was great, food was made fresh, and Danielle was in high spirits and took care of us. Love her night shift energy. Given the late night circumstances, I would definitely recommend stopping by if you need a quick meal.

Currently in the drive through…after waiting 20 minutes we get up to order and the lady tells us she doesn’t have vegetables and has to close down. We are still stuck in the drive through and without food. They could work on moving the line faster so the people who could not order can get on their way. Worst experience possible.

Cheerful people promptly greet you, gladly help you and pleasantly serve you good, old fashioned BK chow (dressed up with fancy names). Compared to other places (Weed’s McD, for example) they aren’t hampered by the modern, cost cutting devices which invariably slow down your meal and cheaper our experience even as cost continue to climb. Fight back against the machines! Stop HERE and savor the smile & warmth only actual people can give you. You won’t regret it.

If you’re looking to waste your money this is the place for you. Online orders suck, always out of beef. Ordered a vegetarian option, they tried to substitute for chicken. Customer service doesn’t care, rude, disrespectful. 10/10 would never go again because of this atmosphere. My children will grow up never knowing what a BK is.

We stopped in today for a quick Impossible whopper and it was so good, and the service was honestly even better. The employees were all so very nice, and even the manager reccomended a special on the Impossible burger that we would have never known about. Vicki, in particular, went above and beyond, and even reccomended some areas nearby that we should check out. I haven’t had service like this in a while. They were so nice:) Store was clean. All was great:)

Food was good everything about it is good, these bad comments clearly do not know what they are doing or if they are hating just to be hating. I’ve done a whole run down of this store and it may not be perfect but the store has been in great shape.

Came by passing through to Oregon. Staff was very patient and pleasant to have discourse with. Cashiers were great and the food was very well cooked and packaged via drive thru. Fries were deliciously crispy as the cooking oil was fresh. Burgers and chicken fries were on point as well.

This place clearly suffers from a lack of staffing. It was unbelievable how long it took for someone just to come take an order. The few employees here at the time are obviously trying their best, and this is an issue with the management/owner. Would suggest setting aside PLENTY of time for this “fast food” stop, and I would also recommend these current employees apply their talents elsewhere.
