“Fast food” yet every time I go here I’m told to wait in the front lot for 10 minutes. I went the most recent time at 6:20 pm on October 27th and was told “just pull around out front for me and we will have the food out fresh for you.” Yet here I am 30 minutes later still waiting on my food. Having people “pull around” every time to save the drive through times doesn’t actually help the customers nor does say “boss man” make it any less frustrating having to wait. See the pic as I’ve been here this whole time. I went back and asked if they forgot about me and they showed zero sympathy no apology for me waiting. I will never be going back.

Service is good, it doesn’t take long at all to get my food. My big issue is that every time I go through the drive through, my order is always wrong. I always have missing items or I’m given the wrong items. I know they have a lot of stuff to cook for multiple people, but I don’t understand how I keep missing items every time I order.

It was a pleasant experience, only thing they forgot my sisters order and she had to wait a bit,but they made up for it, giving her a free drink, extra food. So overall a good experience. Prices are reasonable for this day and age.

New update to the review the remodel was a complete waste of money. It’s service stupid. No one would help with the kiosk that was faster to get back in the truck and go through the drive-thru. It’s no wonder that Nationwide you’re going out of business when a burger you sell is the size of a slider.

Very disappointed with my meal this evening from Burger King in Anderson. I ordered a whopper meal. The whopper was significantly smaller and the bun was hard and disgusting. Certainly not the whopper I remember.
