Came in the drive thru today during lunch. It wasn’t too busy but there were 4 cars in front of me so I was expecting a wait. Firstly, I was greeted almost immediately and the lady (she was wearing a manager shirt I didn’t catch her name) taking my order was very clear and nice, not something you hear in fast food anymore! Secondly, the line moved very quickly and my whopper was hot! When do you ever get hot food anymore?? Overall, service was a 10/10 she was very sweet and fast. My only complaint was the fries were a little cold. Keep up the good work! Thanks!

Their drive thru service is extremely slow. I waited 9 minutes just for the car ahead of me to order. When it was my turn, they proceeded to tell me they could not take any payment but exact change or card, which was fine in my case. However, they said they did not serve tacos at this location even though their local menu advertised on the website nor did they offer shakes at this time. I ended up stuck in the drive thru lane for another 8 minutes just to be able to leave empty handed. In my experience, there is a lot to be desired in terms of quality control. I give two stars only because I like Burger King as a whole…skip this location.

Manager, Emily was so rude and disrespectful because order burger at drive thru and she stated can’t order two separate order at the window. Pull out to the window asked why? She had no answers and look up at online. Handover my food with rudeness. Had to wait 2min to ask for napkins. I said no napkin in the bag. She said no napkin. Asked why did not tell me when handover my food. Why I had to wait .and wondering. She was really rude and disrespectful. Not going to recommend to anyone because of the employees.

Worst experience of all time. Every time I would say what I would like from the Menu I would get a response “Would that complete your order” instead of saying “Would you like anything else”. My order was going to be a huge order but because I felt like I was rus it short. Then along the way heading home I came to find out that two order of the 8pcs. nuggets is missing. I could have taken the next exit to turn back around but come on I was already on the freeway. Please double check the customer’s order and thank you.

I used to come and enjoy this place but I don’t think so anymore. Especially after the meal I just bought. I bought a chicken sandwich, and it was so dry. No sauce or lettuce when it comes with it, also no marinara sauce for my undercooked mozzarella sticks. I wish I could get my money back from how gross and little effort was put in. Also the staff was super rude. This makes me not wanna go out and eat fast good.

It would get zero if I could give it! Worst meal Ever!! Looong wait in line. French fries were cold and limp. Diet coke was Flat. Burger- asked for cheese, no tomato – got No Cheese, no tomato, 2 tiny sprigs of lettuce, a Pile of pickles (8!), Also cold. Their new melt? Ha, what a joke! 2 Tiny, thin little patties of beef, about the size of a kids burger or smaller! Way way to expensive! No receipt given. Store #3601 on Bradshaw rd by Grocery Outlet store. Save Your Money!!
