Charged me for ranch even with a order of jalapeño poppers, and i asked for a fresh chicken patty and they just threw it back in fryer. Wont be back. These fast food places are not necessary. Oh yeah the wopper jr is now a size of a slider!

It’s been 20 or more years since I visited a burger King, but we stopped here for lunch. First off, it is clean. Tablets counters bathroom. Our server Kate was friendly and patient with us. And the food was good

We’ve placed an order for pickup at 3601 Bradshaw Rd, Sacramento restaurant at 5:59. The app allowed us to choose between pickup and drive-through options. We’ve decided to wait in the car and pick it up in the store. After about 5 minutes we went to the store and realized that it’s closed for customers though the app allows you to choose a pickup option. After waiting for another 5 minutes and knocking on the door someone came to us and said our order will be ready soon even they haven’t seen it first. Ok, 15 minutes later no one showed up and we went to drive through line to wait another 20 minutes there. Finally they said they gave our order to somebody else and need extra 5 minutes to make a new one. The last straw was a missing fryes and sauce in the order which we’ve realized after we left. So terrible experience, I hope franchise owner will see it and take care of their employees which clearly have no clue what they’re doing.
