I got gas and snacks they were very friendly. Strange when I was in there, there was a guy that came back in after pumping gas and said his car wouldn’t start and it was their fault. I don’t know if he was crazy or if you really believed it. After he walked out the cashier, and I had a good laugh.

This is the worst BK I’ve ever been to, which is saying a lot. The food is terrible & the staff could not possibly care any less about you & your food.
If you enjoy an atmosphere of almost being stabbed at any moment, then maybe this is the place for you.

We are now at $14 combos. Ridiculous. Fries are terrible, soft and unsalted room temperature. They use hidden valley ranch packets (lazy). Whopper is overhyped, it is a very average burger. Save the money just get 2 slices of meat lover pizza and a large drink from 7-11 next door for about $5 and some change.

So far consistent with the food and the customer service is always friendly. It’s actually located in the same building as the Chevron / 7 Eleven on the corner. Makes it a little crazy for the drive-thru sometimes but they move the line pretty fast.

Slow service and messed up order. I tried to call for 10 minutes straight and no one ever answered the phone. It’s worrisome at this point. I just left McDonald’s because the workers over there were not able to give me service a complete my order correctly. California has the highest minimum wage for fast food workers and we still can’t get adults to complete the task that I was able to complete stoned at the age of 18. What is the world coming to. We can’t even get service workers to do a simple task that was originally meant for teenagers correctly. Today I spent 40 minutes at two different restaurants to not get any order fulfilled correctly and it just makes me think what other fields are suffering because people are too lazy and stupid to get the job done correctly. It just reminds me and reinforces the fact that when I retire I’ll be leaving this country because people are too incompetent. No one takes pride in their work anymore. Everywhere I go I feel like people don’t want to work they don’t want to give service even though that is their reason for employment. The laziness the passive aggressiveness the lack of will to complete a task or do a job correctly, it drives me crazy. How can adults in America be so incompetent and so unable to complete a job. You’re literally putting fries in the bag bro/sis.

Had to repeat my order multiple times, Was then told to park and wait for a relatively small order. Waited 10 minutes and was still given the wrong food. Asked for regular and got Ghost Pepper. This has consistently been the worst Burger King in the area. No employee ever acta like they want to be there, I don’t blame them.

Chronically understaffed and incredibly slow. If you are lunch break you better have an hour coming here. If not, most of your time will be spent waiting. I ordered on the app an hour ahead of time and still stood there waiting for 15 minutes after arriving. You never leave here satisfied, just frustrated or annoyed. Even the drive through is super slow which is why I tried this.
