I came here today because I always receive Burger King coupons and wanted to give it a try. The deals really make a big difference — much cheaper than the regular price! The restaurant was clean and bright, the staff were friendly, and the food came out quickly. The crispy taco looked quite different from the photo, but the fries were hot and fresh. Overall, good value for the price!

Got up and asked for everything loud and clear and then the lady read it off and got almost everything wrong, so i asked again and she got mad and raised her voice on the intercom and then we ended up having half of the food we ordered not even in the bag and still got charged.

The whopper Jr Me and my daughter got , was absolutely careless. When it comes to preparations and presentation of food. I can’t belive they think the red peice of so called tomatoe on there. We were on a little road trip and we were starving. We were both really craving burgers and we were disappointed. That’s one of the problems with fast food. It’s hit and miss. Some days you’ll get a really great burger and some days you won’t. I guess this was just a won’t today. We both had the steakhouse burger, it was flavorless. Maybe they ran out of salt for the meat, because it was all on the fries. The onion rings were good though. They always are.

I don’t know if I’d actually eat anything from BK, as I don’t eat fast food, but this BK was cool when I needed to use the restroom. I wasn’t a customer, but they didn’t care, and their restroom was mostly clean for use. Obviously, I had to wipe it down since someone thought it would be funny to urinate on the seat, but beggars can’t be choosers, right?

I love this particular Burger King. They’re always friendly and always get my order right every time I come here. I live in Galt, and I would drive all the way to this location in Elk Grove because besides the great customer service, they’re quick and sufficient. There are other locations in Elk Grove, but hands down this one is the BEST one.
