We ordered food online. Everything we asked NOT to be on the food was added and everything extra i paid to have added ON the burgers that I paid EXTRA for was not on the burgers. It would be an easy fix but the phone line is BUSY at all hours at all times. Do not come here.

This is just your standard Burger King. The convenience of it being right off the freeway is really what makes it nice. They tend to be a little slow here, but it’s usually not too busy.

This Burger King has improved greatly. Last year had a not soo good visit but this time around, the young gentlemen got my semi large order right. Got 2 Impossible Whoppers, 2 regular Whoppers, Chicken nuggets, 2 chicken fries and 2 slushies for $33.23. Pretty good deal

If you don’t use the kiosk, they will just ignore you like you aren’t not even there. I guess with Burger King you can’t have it your way anymore. I should be able to choose whether I use the stupid kiosk or not.

Been to this Burger King a couple times never had an issue until now. Ordered a large fry with my Burgers came home and it wasn’t even filled up halfway, Beyond disappointed. Should have just ordered a small fry

Service was aweful. We were the only two people in Burger King. Aweful awfule service. My burger looked like it was thrown together.
I complained but I just decided to walk away because the two customer service workers looked like they did not want to help me.

**Update: drive thru time has improved. seeing from the drive thru into the restaurant windows I could tell that the inside of the store had a better clean up than last visit. Hoping they keep this up!

Head the warnings from other reviews. As stated by others, Drive thru takes 20-30min service for only a few cars ahead of you. Ive sat through this wait 3 times on separate visits in the past 2 months. I decided to skip this wait and go inside, and let me tell you it was .

The floors were black with grime, gloves on the floor, puddles dispersed throughout dining room with furniture left in an array. Mop was out but no employee cleaned the entirety of the visit.

A disgruntled customer came in cussing at the manager, manager couldn’t properly diffuse the situation in a professional manner. Instead he stooped to the same level and cussed back. After the customer left, the rest of the customers inside the restaurant could hear the manager loudly complaining and said some offensive things.
I was given an apology and was given my order. Cold old fries which were definitely past the throw out time and a burger with a bun that had a large black mark.

Managers need retraining in food handling, customer service, direct more and manage employee strengths on certain tasks/job responsibilities.

I paid 12 for a whopper junior meal, the lower bun on the burger was soggy and old. Couldn’t eat it and fries were cold. That is alot of money for disgusting food. Let alone junior means kids meal burger. At least if I’m paying that much make it fresh. I wouldn’t let my dog eat it what I was just served.
