I was here for the pickup, i waited more than 10 minutes for the response, but They did not even ask me why am at the store, when asked for the eta time for the food.. They rudely said we dont know.. That is the most unprofessional behavior i have ever seen on this store, nd this answer was given to me by a boy who was at front… I dont recommend this store,,,,,

This place attracts a lot of homeless and dont expect your food in a timely manner, but never the less.the burgers ate always thr best, if your patient. Ah and the dam prices seem to keep going up…

Seems like the classic chicken sandwich isn’t what it use to be. Everyone that went through the drive thru was told to wait in the parking lot. It took 12 minutes for them to bring my food. Not really fast food.

Large drinks dont exist here, soda machine never has ice. Taylor always throwing dirty looks like it’s the only thing they sell. All in all goes to different one, this one is run down. Sandwiches are never made to specification.

This place sucks they close so early and the food is always late and you ask for one thing and gave you another or they just dont give it to you. And they you have to drive back to get what you ordered for.

The ordering process in the drive thru is impossible. Its an automated system that said “hello what would you like to order?” Then I went to say my order it said “please wait while I get you a team member” sat there for a minute, said hello a few times, nothing so I pulled around and had to go inside. I go inside to tell them my order, more computers. So i go to order on the screen and all the employees are just staring at me. No one greeted me, nothing. Whole process was a pain. I wish fast food wasnt glitchy computers and annoying AI.
