At 1 time Burger king what’s great the last few times I’ve been there? It’s been horrible overpriced and Luke warm meat soggy bread like it was soaking in water all day rude customer service like I was. Bothering them. Look for the length of time it took to make the hamburger and they’re not being aligned. Why is the meat not fresh or hot and again the soggy bread why is this?
I didn’t even eat it.
It was very sad and I won’t be going back to burger king ever but thank you for giving me clarity to making a better choice where I spend my money?

My foid was hot and made in a thoughtful way. There’s nothing worse than getting food that’s haphazardly thrown together, with sauce globbed on one side, and when you bite in, it shoots out and onto your clothing. Or the hamburger patty, all greased up in a incongruous glob of condiment. Then, when you attempt to take a bite, it escapes the bun in a David Copperfield-like, vanishing act, and reapears in your lap, leaving a gross looking stain on your pants, causing you to spend hours trying to explain to your, disbelieving, suspicious, significant other (Better save those receipts for your alibi). Thank you for taking the time to make this meal easy to manage without the spurting cascade of condiment assult, or the implicating burger of damnation. This particular store has been consistant in making my food, hot and fresh, in a neatly assembled order. This is much appreciated and ensures my repeat business. A fact that is lost on many drive thru’s these days. Thanks again.

Cook was made I guess and poured 3 times amount of hot sauce on my chicken sandwich. I didn’t even order spicy chicken. I wanted to refund but the manager only gave me another sandwich and replacement and resold my drink. She said that chef had left for the day and had done it. Can I really trust this place in the future? The only change was a potato bun since I’m allergic to sesame seed bun. Yet this cook really poured on that sauce that it will just dripping out of the burger…

Horrible. Everything about it. The customer service. Everyone is dry and not friendly. My food was old and cold, and they always mess up the simplest orders. It’s no one here!!! How can you not put the ingredients on a burger, that come on the burger!! Shut this place down and replace it with church’s chicken like they did in Modesto.

When Erica was the manager and that really nice lady took orders in the morning this BK was great, but now you can’t get biscuits in the morning because they don’t sell enough and they don’t want to waste them but now they don’t even substitute a croissant without a code? I bet they didn’t have biscuits yesterday for national butter milk biscuit day just sad. Also there used to be times i’d go and they wouldn’t have fish or no chicken or the system wouldn’t accept cards cash only and the famous line of our receipts are not printing right now smh. I never have these issues across the street. McD.

I don’t know who you guys have working on night shift, but she’s consistently rude, and has an attitude for no reason. I come around 530 before I go into work some days, and I make sure not to be rude, be condescending, or a Karen. I shouldn’t feel nervous to order something how I want because the drive thru attendant will get upset. I don’t want her to get fired, but she should really treat her customers better. The job sucks, I know. I’ve worked fast food, but it’s still not okay to be rude to your customers unless they’re rude to you first.

Not going back. I was so happy to see some additional impossible burger menu choices. We ordered two burgers and they were raw in the middle. No evidence of flame broiling! And I ordered mine with no mayo and it came slathered in mayo.
