Always a disappointment at this Burger King location in newman , they never give me my order correctly, the fries are always hard and old, and when I ask for extra lettuce and tomato I expect to get it like that especially if I have to pay extra for it. I think from now on I rather drive to the Patterson location!

This is the only Burger King in Newman I suggest if you want to spend $15 on a meal that you go to the grocery store and buy your food the fries were cold it was like they were sat there under the warmer for like 4 hours no suggestive selling the drive-through lady was polite I went to the first window she accepted my money then she told me to drive up to the second window where she was delivering the food I got two meals that cost 37.56 and when I got my drinks there was no ice I think if they’re ice machine was broken they should have notified me by a sign or something I work in fast food also so I know exactly how you’re supposed to treat customers they are paying for a service and it’s your responsibility to post signs what you’re out of do better be better the store looks very cluttered you can see everything that’s going on in the back through the drive-thru employees with no name tags hats backwards no hair nets saying and doing whatever they like there’s no organizational nothing when it comes to that store at all

The new young man who I think the new manager, his customer service is top notch. He’s friendly helpful and kind. He on the other hand is only is good as his the crew working for him. I had to wait for New Texas Southwest burger which was fine because he gave me fresh fries that were the best I’ve had come from there. My burger on had 1 patty and lacked the Avocado spread. It was basically a bacon whopper that I paid almost 14$ for. I tried calling and no one answered the phone. I’m disappointed because he really is the best customer service I’ve seen at the Newman Burger King.

This Burger King does not have the right Management running the Restaurant. There’s a huge lack of morale and a lack of associates to properly run this establishment. Food is always old and cold. Why is it that the exhaust smoke that comes out of the rooftop vents always smells 10x’s better than what the burgers themselves actually taste. When you order a burger from this Burger King, the color of the burger looks like a light shade of grey. Aren’t burgers supposed to look like a darker brown color when cooked …. just sayin’, maybe they should try cooking with real 100% beef and maybe they’d actually get some real business! I don’t reccomend going to this Burger King if you want a Burger. You’ll be surely dissatisfied.

Worst Burger King I’ve ever ate at. They gave me cold fries!!! Cold nuggets and chicken fries that weren’t even cooked all the way and you can tell they been sitting!!!! The manager here must not care at all!! Why would you give someone cold food and uncooked!!! The crazy part is no one is in line!!! Like why wouldn’t you have fresh food!!! Somebody need to shut this place down!!! Before someone gets sick eating here!!

I was just in the drive through and for the first time I had a fast food employee say I’m lying that my food was in the bag. That guy Tristan in the drive through has a lot to learn about customer service and how to properly hand out a correct order. It’s to bad it’s the only fast food restaurant in Newman and the next fast food restaurant to open has the same owner. I guess I will have to help them do their job, check my order and stop thinking they know how to do their job.
