Hair in my sandwich, went back to get another had to wait ten minutes then that sandwich was not what I ordered so had to go back yet again. Was not offered nothing to compensate for poor and unsanitary service barely got an apology. But its Burger King why should I expect any different

The lady taking my order was nice and the restaurant very clean. But I was surprised by the signs when I walked in and the difference in price from the coupon I handed them. They’re no longer doing the freestyle coke. Nor were there any refills. When I went to ask the lead or manager (black shirt) a question he ignored me and continued walking. So I’m happy to show a picture of my receipt and the signs.

Good food that’s hot and fresh every time I’ve gone. One of their employees, Noah, is exactly the kind of employee every establishment should hire! Very friendly always has a smile and goes the extra mile. We need more young men like him.

Wife and I stopped for dinner. We we’re greeted by the homeless at door, not until we started ordering food at the kiosk because no one was there were we acknowledged by an employee. Our order took 30 minutes. We decided to dine in as we walked to this location. Several homeless we’re allowed to come in with their, dogs and a cat in a cat carrier. I guess the cat was having just as bad of an experience as we were, because it would not stop meowing with distress, and the dog kept barking. I have never seen the situation where both cat and dog were allowed in a restaurant until today. No, they were not service animals. Burger King gone wild!

Purchase their nuggets… I use their app here all the time, and you can get special deals! If you’re not using the Burger King app you need to! Good service, and using the app, food has always been waiting for me by the time I got to the drive-through window.
Access to this Burger King is great with two major roads that service it. I have never eaten inside the restaurant so I can’t speak to the cleanliness or order that is inside, but I can say that the drive-thru experiences have been great!

I tried to make a donation & the cashier Jennifer tells me there out of coupons &
They only accept credit cards to do a donation. I told her where she could find the coupons & that I always make cash donations. She put the coupons in the trash & again tells me donations have to be credit cards only!

My Wife and I drive from close to Five points for this Burger King, because usually it’s the Best one in all of Modesto. This Monday night was much different. We order our meals and are told sorry we’re out of tomatoes. Okay no big deal. So we wait for our food, then while picking up the tray we ask for ketchup. We’re out of that. They had put a little on the burgers, so my Wife asked if they could squirt a little in a cup, which they did. They started to be out of a lot more items, as we overheard while dining. Come on mangers and upper management- do your jobs and order supplies!!! Epic Fail for your “valuable” customers and even your employees! At least the crew was still trying to do their best with what little they had. But I get it, it’s the same where I work -management that hasn’t started from the bottom, and earned it through hard work and dedication can never understand. How hard is it to stop by a store and buy some? I remember back when Burger King had large wooden built in tables and the burgers were steaming hot. They sold a three or six pack of mini burgers. Hopefully someone who’s at the Very Top of this company reads this truth, and has the integrity to make some needed changes.
