Haven’t been to BK for a long time. It’s really down hill for em. 1 meal and a kid meal is over $20. It’s expensive. Do yourself a favor, go across street to the buffet. Get more for your money. Kids meal dont come with a toy cuz they don’t have any.

This store needs new management or something. We arrived during a not very busy period and expected quick service and no issues. We were wrong! With only two or three others inside and an occasional drive-through customer, you’d expect at least a clean restaurant. There were no clean tables. We had to pick the cleanest of the bunch and, since we were in a bit of a hurry, we ended up cleaning the table ourselves. We ordered regular menu items, for the most part, but asked for double patties on the veggie burgers. This seemed to be very confusing to the person at the register. They got their supervisor to help them, with one order and then did it another way (with additional charges) for a second one. When the food arrived, we were missing a patty and they were trying to have me pay again for it, then wanted to make it another order that I wouldn’t pay for…but couldn’t figure that out, then wanted me to give back the burger so they could make a new one, I finally convinced them to just make me another patty and hand it to me to put in my veggie burger. The Impossible Burger patties were overcooked and hard, to boot! I also wanted something other than American “cheese”, but, while it is available at other Burger Kings, they acted like I was an idiot and said they didn’t have anything else. I’d ordered another item, but apparently the cashier didn’t hear me, and it wasn’t on the receipt, so I opted to skip it because of all the hassle I went through and the fact we had a timeline to meet. The parking lot and restaurant were almost empty and this makes me suspect others had similar experiences.

This Burger King looks decent on the outside, but once I walked in, I realized I was in a Burger Pauper. I got mugged by aggressive flies, on top of that, it was hot in there. The air conditioner consists of a cheap box fan on the counter. They took a hell of a long time to make 2 whoppers, which were smashed when I checked to see if they made them how I ordered them. on the way out, I spotted a cockroach on the wall behind the counter to boot. Those whoppers went into the dumpster. I promise to NEVER set foot in that Booger King. This fast food store takes garbage to another level. This one is fast-food excrement.

Fast food to me is about value, speed of service and then the food. Compared to McDonald’s I can see why BK is virtually deserted. Service was fine albeit slow, overpriced, 2.99 for a small ice tea and breakfast burrito that was almost inedible.

They keep closing about half an hour early. The first time I had this issue they said that the reason why was because they were out of whopper meat I then called the restaurant and spoke to a woman and I told her that I wanted the chicken sandwiches. She was extremely rude and told me to just go ahead and come back and hung up on me.

This is literally the worst Burger King. I’ve come here several times with a bad experience. If you look at my Livingston review for the fish sandwich and a Whopper they look really great. I’m going to leave a picture of a fish sandwich I got today at this Merced location. It didn’t only look bad but it tasted like it had been made out of garbage. It had maybe a quarter of a teaspoon of tartar sauce on it so it was very dry.. the Burger King buy child’s and Highway 99 is a little better. Not better than the Livingston location. So if you’re a traveler don’t stop at a Merced Burger King. Stop at Livingston. You will love it. I also got some chicken nuggets that didn’t have any crisp to them whatsoever. And they left a nasty aftertaste in my mouth. Yes I’m a Critic. But I speak the truth

The girl working the drive thru lacks basic human decency. She got mad because we asked for the drink SHE forgot, then proceeded to give us the wrong drink. When we asked for sauce she gave us ONE sauce for three orders of chicken fries. I mean I’m not sure what is so difficult, there was only two other customers there.

They made my brother take the food & sodas one handed (because he recently had surgery on his shoulder less than a week ago) without helping him, & the place is still dirty! Bathrooms are disgusting, smells and looks bad. Health hazard for real.
