The inside is finally open, and we were super excited to check it out. It’s beautiful inside. There are USB ports on the center table. It’s just us two making three small orders. Fries, hash brown, and waffle stick. It’s quite expensive. $14 after tax. Took about 10 minutes to get our orders. So far so good. Tell the last waffle stick, I saw a piece of hair, and another piece of black cloth in the bag. I was skeptical, so I took some pictures before we started eating it. Went back, zoomed in, and there it is, it’s in there. I was going to say something to the worker, but I think it wouldn’t make any changes.

Worst drive thru service. Came to the drive thru in 12/25/25. Nobody in the drive thru service. Waited approximately 3 minutes for some service and never received it. I decided to go to McDonald’s across the street for prompt service even though there was a long line.

The ladies here are really friendly. The atmosphere is very festive in the dining area. They have all of the cool Burger King crown hats out for the kids. And the food taste like Burger King food. Which is one of my favorites. So I have nothing to complain about there. The bathroom had a very bad odor in the men’s room. That could simply be because of the water quality. But it didn’t look like anybody went out of their way to keep it very clean either. Other than that, a very positive overall experience.

I walked in and was served by Veronica..she was super nice and polite and had a very professional demeanor! I used the restroom and it was clean and stocked but there is no changing table. The whole dining area was clean and even though this business is small there is plenty of room to sit and eat! Yes there are 3 high chairs for use. There is a handicap area to use your wheel chair.. There is designated handicap parking spots. And a ramp to enter. There is a outside garbage with a ash tray..and a garbage near the drive through. I did a recommended 5 items for $4 meal. What a deal! Great job Burger king and great customer service Veronica!

With the new remodel and grand opening you would think they got this shit together. Waited almost 30mins at the drive thru on a Friday night around 8pm wow. Even McDonald’s faster then this place.

They Deserve 0 Stars, I Manage A Burger King And This Store Should Be Closed. The Tables Were A Mess, Check Out The Pictures, The Counter Next To The Register Were Disgusting, The Floor Was Dirty With Crumbs And Trash Under Tables, The Bathroom Had No Soap In The Dispensers, The Worse For Me Was When She Put My Receipt On The Counter There Was A Bug On The Counter Inches From My Receipt And She Swiped At It And Said That The Bugs Are Everywhere, The Customer Service Wasn’t Great Just Seemed Unprofessional. For Me Getting 2 Strawberry Ices And Onion Rings Took 12 Minutes But After That I Left And When I Got To My Car And Sipped My Strawberry Ices That I Got Less Than 5 Minutes Ago, It Was All Strawberry Syrup And So Melted That It Was Just Cold With A Layer Of Ice On The Top Of The Juice. I’ll Never Go There Anymore And It Should Be Closed….

Blame it on Covid…but I’ve never had such slow and poor service before this year. The lines are long every time I go (regardless of time or days), and the food is always sloppy and gross. I attached a photo of my jalapeño poppers which are normally stuffed with cheese and jalapeños. Every single popper was empty…after waiting in line for 20 minutes. The only reason I give 2 stars is because last year this location was awesome. I definitely wont return again until things get better.
