It always seems different at this Burger King. They simply make the food correctly. I like this Burger King better than any other Burger King I’ve ever been to. Or for any burger place for that matter. I’ve included a picture of the whopper sandwich and fish sandwich. The burgers here just always seem to be more Fuller. Probably cuz they’re not smashed. So many other places the Buns kind of flat and food not even inside the burger and mayonnaise on top of the bun. I’ve never had that problem at this Burger King. I think they take pride in making their food. It’s just always so appealing. And that makes a big difference for me

This lovely person was so sweet i a came to order food for my son who wasn’t with me at the moment but she went above and beyond to make sure I had enough sauce and even brought him a hat because she had thought he was in the car she needs a raise! Worst drive through experience ever. Took forever for them to take our order when there was no one else in line. Then the guy in the drive through practically tossed my food at me. He also had the WORST attitude I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. I’ll never be returning.

I really love Burger King, but this one took 25 minutes to bring us our food. They parked us when no one was behind us, and the food wasn’t even hot when we got it. They’re “privately owned” which gives the managers authority to be very rude and talk down to you when you’re asking questions about their coupons. Overall it wasn’t the greatest experience and I’ll be going to the other options across the street.

Went thru the drive thru on our way home. There was no one in line. The female taking our order asked a question and my husband said give us a minute. She forgot to turn off her mic when she said “OMG”, in a bothered tone. Immediately there was someone else helping us. We finished our order and went to the window. We paid and then we’re asked to pull forward and wait for someone to bring out our food. There still was no one in line. I guess others have read the bad reviews and stayed away. I didn’t read them until after this experience. The food was good but the customer service will keep us from stopping here again.

Ordered a rodeo burger with cheese. The cashier told me what is that??? I explained it then she said we dont have that…? I asked to speak with a manager and Lisa walked up and said we are not BURGER KING we are a TA truck stop they should not be able to have burger king franchise worst manger ever.I will not be going back . i also told her I will be puting a review online she said its ok nothing will happen i wont get in trouble. Its not my store so good luck. Owner should not have employees like that

The drive thru is closed 75 percent of the time. The phone number is incorrect and the place is is serious disrepair. The food is usually hot after the 10 minute wait. Highly recommend the other fast food joints in a stones throw from here

This is probably the best Burger King I have ever been to. I showed up and ordered quite a lot of food and the staff was very nice. Despite the fact they had to prepare my order they still got it out in a timely manner. I ordered burgers and nuggets, they were great.

Spent 22 dollars on 2 buger meals. I noticed MISSING SAUCE.asked cashier GABBY about the sauce..she called backup YERELLI, both STARTES ARGUING and told me inhave to PAY for the SAUCE. It’s dispicvle..they said thier manager EDWARD told them to charge extra for the sauce..
