It always seems different at this Burger King. They simply make the food correctly. I like this Burger King better than any other Burger King I’ve ever been to. Or for any burger place for that matter. I’ve included a picture of the whopper sandwich and fish sandwich. The burgers here just always seem to be more Fuller. Probably cuz they’re not smashed. So many other places the Buns kind of flat and food not even inside the burger and mayonnaise on top of the bun. I’ve never had that problem at this Burger King. I think they take pride in making their food. It’s just always so appealing. And that makes a big difference for me

Fast, friendly, and the Western double burger was really great. Good value for today’s prices. Their product line was a bit slow but the burger was excellent. I saw lots of bad reviews so I was worried… Either I came at a great time (20:30ish Sun) or they have worked on their staff to correct the issues of the past. I wish I had taken a photo of the burger.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to in my life. I am a consistent customer due to my neighbor son has autism and only eats certain foods today I was denied the use of more then one coupon when it’s two paper coupons & no digital coupons allowed but when I asked to speak to a manager there was no one running there store I asked for corporate number the woman working named Jacqueline was rude unprofessional and took no effort in assisting with speaking to manager or corporate number apparently she doesn’t know what she doing not sure how she was even hired on with the rude service she provided definitely making this entire location look bad

1 star. Their phone doesn’t even work. half the time they don’t take certain coupons or promos like what’s the point. I can’t even call ahead to ask either cus their phone is out of service. so unprofessional

This lovely person was so sweet i a came to order food for my son who wasn’t with me at the moment but she went above and beyond to make sure I had enough sauce and even brought him a hat because she had thought he was in the car she needs a raise! She’s in the picture if you look close! I didn’t get your name but I appreciate you!

Went there I have special dietary needs David was really nice and very helpful the food was fresh and really good. Only think is to fill out a survey for BK you have to open an account and give them you card info. But I’ve been driving a long time this is the best TA I’ve been to. Everyone was very nice and the store and showers are very clean.

So recently I got food from Burger King in Livingston California, spent almost $80, I live barely 4 minutes away as me and my kids start to eat quickly notice the food was cold and tasteless, I ordered 3 meals one of the meals didn’t even get a drink, I called burgers king and asked to speak with a manager, apparently the manager is barely there, I was told to call back next week smh I will not waste my time and I will most definitely never go to burger ever again this place is a damn joke!!!!

I really love Burger King, but this one took 25 minutes to bring us our food. They parked us when no one was behind us, and the food wasn’t even hot when we got it. They’re “privately owned” which gives the managers authority to be very rude and talk down to you when you’re asking questions about their coupons. Overall it wasn’t the greatest experience and I’ll be going to the other options across the street.

Went thru the drive thru on our way home. There was no one in line. The female taking our order asked a question and my husband said give us a minute. She forgot to turn off her mic when she said “OMG”, in a bothered tone. Immediately there was someone else helping us. We finished our order and went to the window. We paid and then we’re asked to pull forward and wait for someone to bring out our food. There still was no one in line. I guess others have read the bad reviews and stayed away. I didn’t read them until after this experience. The food was good but the customer service will keep us from stopping here again.

This is probably the best Burger King I have ever been to. I showed up and ordered quite a lot of food and the staff was very nice. Despite the fact they had to prepare my order they still got it out in a timely manner. I ordered burgers and nuggets, they were great.
