Why is it that the prices skyrocket and the quality drops? I’m sure everyone who pays the money expects to see something close to how it looks on the menu. If I went to dine inside I can ask for a picture perfect burger instead of something that lacks all the toppings. Staff makes more and prices jump up but hell the tomatoes lettuce onions and pickles must cost the company too much to add to a burger. If we are expected to pay well then your expected to deliver what you promote on the menu.

anytime I’ve ordered from this location they mess it up. Completely wrong order when I order on the app, or don’t do the customization I put it. If I order inside, they still manage to get it all wrong. I live close by so I would attempt to believe it’s just a “busy day” and things happen sometimes. But it seems to be EVERY SINGLE TIME. Today is my last time at this location. I gave my entire order away.

A simple whopper meal, no onions, no cheese and a Coke and a Coke with a medium Coke turned into a whopper meal no onions had cheese. I was given a Dr Pepper and then I had to ask for my Coke, which taste like crap. The fries were cold. Horrible service!!!

I went in and ordered my favorite breakfast burrito Jr. meal, small as I normally do at BK on Thornton Rd. I was surprised to see the bill $10.29 which was more than I normally paid $5.99 at BK on Thornton Rd and I just ate there last Saturday 4/18/24 . When I asked, the lady said, it’s different franchise owner. I asked my friend who loves to eat at BK as well, and he said he ate there once and noticed some of the prices on menu are higher then other BKs so he has never gone there since. BUT…on a positive note, good service and love extra crispy golden hash browns.

I was in drive thru trying to use my coupons the manager was being rude rushing me telling me to hurry up and order I have 5 kids to feed I always use coupons and get stuff without coupons she said I could only use 1 because I have cars behind me and I need to hurry up then she would not complete my order until I got to the window this is the worst experience I ever had to experience with all my kids in the car sad asking why can’t they get the food the 2 employees at the window were very kind and end up finishing my order . There’s been plenty of times my order was messed up I gladly drove back and had them redo it they didn’t add cheese or whatevr I was always nice I come a lot this time my food was burnt after all that madness the manager name is jas

This is BY FAR the slowest Burger King in Stockton. Every single time! I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Burger King drive-through that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I pulled in, it was clear that efficiency and customer service were not priorities. The wait time was excruciatingly long—something you’d expect at a sit-down restaurant, not a fast-food drive-through.
Despite there being only a few cars ahead of me, it took an eternity for my order to be taken. The staff seemed indifferent, moving at a snail’s pace without any sense of urgency. Once my order was finally placed, the wait for the food was even worse. I watched as the minutes ticked by, feeling increasingly annoyed and impatient.
When the food eventually arrived, it was lukewarm at best, as if it had been sitting out for too long. The entire experience was a colossal waste of time. Burger King needs to seriously reconsider its approach to customer service and speed if it hopes to retain any customers. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

This place surprised me. It was good ol Burger King goodness. The food was well prepared, the restaurant was clean, the staff was really friendly and the bathrooms were clean too. It’s on my list of trusted fast food places now.

I asked the person working for a ranch after I bought my food and was told “we charge for ranch” and I say really? I can’t get 1 ranch with the food I ordered. And get a dirty look and am told. Uhh you can ask me nicely” Like I’m a 5 year old. Not to mention they give you a tiny cup with no lid when I asked for a water that didn’t bother me but the fact I’m talked to like a
child and told to ask nicely as I’m a paying customer is beyond ridiculous

This Burger King is the best. I have been here three times now. It is so clean. The employees were cleaning the windows. I haven’t seen that since we you to do that at my old work. Fast service. Friendly staff and manager. Whoever has the franchise of the eight mile road Burger King in Stockton. Needs to have her train there people. The eight mile road location is going to go out of business if they don’t step it up.
