The outer packaging of the many ketchup packages were stuck with honey that had broken out and were very sticky. Due to the recent heavy rains in the San Francisco Bay Area, the roof here leaked, and many pieces of the indoor ceiling were removed. The buckets were placed on the floor to catch water dripping from the roof. Of the two restrooms, one was out of order and closed; the other was not very clean and the faucet was broken and still running water. The freshly fried French fries were quite hot and delicious. The chicken sandwich was lukewarm and not very tasty.

I gave a zero because my wrap had barely any of their “royal sauce” when I ordered heavy sauce. I thought some ranch could have fixed it but they didn’t have any ranch. I guess this restaurant runs very low on sauces. Dislike. Go to the Burger King on Hamilton or on N Mathilda.

I found multiple pieces of plastic in a fish sandwich my child was eating, and she accidentally swallowed one. I immediately contacted the restaurant, left my phone number and email, and asked for a resolution and how they plan to prevent this from happening again — especially to protect other children. Unfortunately, I never received any call or email back. The complete lack of response shows serious neglect toward food safety, which is very disappointing.

Slow service. Hadn’t ordered a chicken sandwich there in some time, will remember never to do so again. Tastes like made with pieces and parts out together and used fake smoke flavor. Fries were old and tasted horrible. When waiting for food, I saw they put 2 sandwiches in my bag and I corrected them, but then asked for my receipt as they didnt give it to me. They couldn’t find receipt, so who knows if I was charged correctly. Picture doesn’t give justice as how bad they looked in person.

Every business has its ups and downs, but this Burger King is well-run. The service is fast, efficient, and the staff is friendly and professional. They get straight to the point—just like fast food should be. Hopefully, you’ll have a great experience here too. So far, mine has been excellent.

dont order on doordash. they mess up every order and play dumb when you call them out about it. i ordered a whopper jr meal and they only put onions, pickles and ketchup on the burger, the didnt offer a refund or help to replace the order, all the lady said was “oh well i just got here”. im done
