Don’t get their hash browns, and if you do, watch out for any dark patches. They taste like mold. Employees claim it’s just some leftover potato skin which, if true, means their food prep is deficient at best. Staff is friendly but I’m giving them 1 star since I don’t appreciate being lied to my face.

I’ve gone there 3x (while I was doing laundry) And Everytime I go the employees are so rude. The only reason I still go back is because it’s cheaper than the other places. And has air conditioning. Other wise I would not set foot in that place If you want bad customer service thats the place to go.

I have drive thru order 1 hr ago today; I order 3 whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, 3 medium French fries, i called them they didn’t pick up phone, one time they picked up , but they hang up after I tell them missing 3 cheese burger. Too bad service at this location

I ordered from the wrong store. This was my first experience at this location. It will also be my last. Complete inedible waste of money. $45 and the 2 medium fries were the only things right. The fish sandwiches, the filets were super hard. No exaggeration looked like it was fried 3x each time after siting under a heat lamp for extended time. Unedible! And super salty, that didnt even make sense. It was like a packet of salt was poured on the filets. Then no tater sauce like advertised. There was a tbsps of mayo and 6 pickles. The mayo over powered everything and took 3 napkins to take off. The whoppers were under cooked! They had an off taste and just ended up in the garbage with the fish sandwiches. Ice-cream was also order without chocolate syrup and came with chocolate syrup. Super ridiculous this is what we have to pay $45 for! This order definitely turned us off of BK. I want to throw up thinking about it.

Asked for 2 things. Very simple. One medium meal, one small. They gave me 2 small drinks. I told them and they said it is a medium. I held up both and then the girl at the window said “oh yeah, I only charged you for a small meal.” I showed her receipt because she didn’t. She said there wasn’t any medium cups … basically she charged me and gave me something different. Nothing was fixed. Just this location sucks. Not the first time its happened( we’ve been coming here for years) but I’ll make sure it’s the last. Won’t be coming here anymore.

I ordered (2) 4 for 4 breakfast croissant egg sandwiches. I understand that asking for specifications and substitution always puts me at risk of disappointment but as a Muslim family it can rarely be avoided. So I asked that the meat be substituted for egg. I got 4 sandwiches that smelled like sausage and had specs of brown on the egg and bread, knowing you don’t pepper your eggs… It shouldn’t be such a hassle to be accommodated at a place that claims you can have it your way.
