I ordered late night and didn’t think my whole meal was going to be satisfying. But it was. Whoever is working tonight around 1:00 a.m. you guys did a good job!. Nothing was overcooked or undercooked,was just right and juicy. And everything I had ordered came through exactly how i ordered it, including one sauce. This is by far the best Burger King I’ve experienced.

Poor Customer Service at Burger King, Oakland Rd.San Jose, CA. Refused to key in my EBT numbers in the machine since their EBT machine is not working, rude, indignant, Lazy employees! I asked the site Manager but he, too declined & stared at my face longer than necessary which made me feel so embarrassed!

Clean in side and out long line at drive thru. Order for dine in took a long time to receive it. Tables were not cleaned and signs were taped to tables. Exit door was blocked (says exit on door) food was ok. Be aware when ordering the 7.00 meal drink is extra menu is confusing.

Impossible Whopper is okay, if I close my eyes and take a big swig of coke it’s somewhat convincing. Unfortunately I can still tell it’s not as tasty as a real Whopper. The flame broiled flavor in a real beef Whopper in unique. BK Whopper, you will always be the one true King in my book. Long live the Whopper!

It saddens me how much customer service and the quality of food have gone down at BKs. At this particular location, there were two ladies putting orders together, and neither one of them turned around to acknowledge me or the other customers standing in line waiting to order food. This took almost 10mins of standing there. They weren’t very friendly or welcoming. Once we finally received our food, It was barely warm, and the fries were stale and very salty. Tables were dirty and had to clean it myself. Never going back there

I have gone to this Burger King so many times hoping they would change the experience going here but they keep picking lazy people bad people bad managers that have lack of respect for the customers. My last visit was on my lunch I only had a 1/2 hour the manager was doing the drive-through and the counter I can understand when you are shorthanded but if you’re just going to stare and stare and stare at a customer and don’t tell them I’ll be right with you that is so rude and disrespectful I had a walk out and go to McDonald’s for my food. This Burger King is so ghetto and they don’t want to change it.

Be careful that this place using AI order at drive-through & can get it wrong if you did not speak it well or clear enough. The employees at this place are not friendly (probably stressed out). They don’t speak English well but at least they get your order correct most of the times. I say AI is not ready for primetime yet.

Ate inside and did a mobile order, still waited 20 min for food the bathrooms and inside areas were dirty went the staff was told about the condition of the bathroom the girl told the other employee they didn’t have time to clean it or they would get behind no one was there, bad condition.
