Upon arrival, the supervisor on duty, (I think his name was Joel), rudely informed me that they didn’t have the necessary ingredients for the hamburgers I’d already paid for, and insisted I accept downgraded items without offering comparable or superior alternatives. Furthermore, even though I’d explicitly paid extra for a milkshake, Joel refused to prepare it, stating the machine had already been cleaned. He instead suggested a standard soft drink, clearly disregarding the extra amount paid.
Joel’s attitude was shockingly disrespectful and dismissive. When I politely pointed out my consumer rights and requested documentation of their refusal to fulfill the order—as required by their own app—he flatly refused, saying it was not his problem and that I should take it up with “the corporation.” He then closed the window abruptly, stating there was “nothing to negotiate.”
This unacceptable level of customer service and blatant disregard for customer rights made for a deeply unpleasant experience. I strongly advise others to reconsider visiting this location until Burger King addresses the severe management and service issues demonstrated by this incident.
