The night crew on Almaden expressway should not be in customer service..The cashier/cook has no business speaking to customers because frankly, he doesn’t have a clue how to speak civil or constructive..He was rude to 2 different people asking normal questions or small request..Absolutely unacceptable and the dude should probably get another job doing something else..Dinner was shit too..Buns were old and falling apart..Usually a great experience at this location but employees clearly do not want to be there..

Outside tables very dirty come on we can not eat inside clean tables outside and clean garbage cans make use of them. you are lucky to have tables outside .

This was the worst service I had ever got first of all it was so lonely we tough it was closed we entered and saw no body we kept yelling hello and I seen a lady in the far end in the kitchen sitting down on her phone and she got up rolling her eyes we asked her whats good here that people mostly Oder she just pointed at the menu behind her and we where like what is your favorite burger? And she just pointed at the menu again so we just oderd something with out her suggestions since she didn’t want to speak and then as my husband was goin to pay I asked her for the bathroom key cause I wanted to wash my hands and she was like bathrooms is closed because we are almost closing we got there 20 minutes before closing but it should had not been a big deal to let one customer in the bathroom and give us a smile a simple recommendation she was horrible to have there working pretty soon this place is will close down thanks to her anyways I told my husband you know what don’t pay let’s go eat somewhere else and I told her we are just gona go eat some where else she just said ok bye and I’m still upset I was craving a whopper but now with this bad experience I don’t even want nothing from Burger King!

They rob you by overcharging.
A 2.29 value menu cheeseburger was rung up at 4.39.
That is robbery.
The advertised price for a #1 meal is $8.59 for the small.
Add a slice of cheese and the order was rung up at 14.95.
When I asked how the prices were so much higher they all looked very nervous,and one very cheeky older Mexican lady then said taxes, and said in Spanish, I was a beggar who could not afford their food.
I answered in Spanish that they were robbing people and telling lies, and that made them all very nervous.
Even if you are hungry never eat here.
They will try to rob you and then god knows what they do to your food before serving you if you speak up.
I would fire all of them before they put this franchise out of business.

This franchise jacks up prices much higher than other BKs in the same area. No surprise it does not participate in mobile orders or deals either. Of course prices vary by location but this one is absurd. Example, A 4 piece mozzarella fry is $2.29 at most other BKs, this location charged $3.99. BK corporate should look into what this particular franchisee is doing.

Magdalena dias is pure pathetic as a manager. Wish I’d known they don’t honor curbside pickup before I placed my order. When I asked for a refund I was told to do so on the app. Complete waste of time and money. 45min waiting for curbside to bring food. An hour and thirty minutes trying to get customer service to call me just for them to tell me they’ll get back to me in 24-48 hours. But took them less that 10 seconds to charge my card. But it’s okay they will get what’s coming to them.

Hear ye, hear ye. Let it be denounced, this Burger King is among the top contenders for the worst Burger King. Whilst awaiting my meal, I waited an upward of 30 minutes just to order. The drive thru had but 4 cars. After ordering, it took at least 9 minutes to obtain thy food. After receiving our fine delicacies, I was about to drive away with triumph, but alas I needed return to this treacherous land for they have forgotten not one, but two shakes.

We don’t eat @ fast food restaurants often but out of necessity, we’re on our way to a game.
The service was quick and the staff was friendly. The breakfast sandwiches were hot and delicious. The hash browns were crunchy and tender inside.
Plenty of parking and no drive thru window @ this location.

Been a while since I had visited any Burger King, but with the new “Impossible” Whopper and the Nugget deal, I visited with my grandsons in tow. The shakes, fries, and nuggets were a real hit with the kids, and the Whopper wasn’t bad, but not all that spectacular either. Had to wait just a bit for my order which is a small price to pay for freshness, but the burger looked like it had been sitting for a bit and the way it was dressed out made me think they might have been running low on the fixings.

Whoppers are my favorite fast food burgers! My son also loves their Bacon Burger and their version of Chicken McNuggets actually tastes like chicken. Always a good choice when you are in the rush. On a recent visit, I have also tried their new vegan burger and I actually enjoyed it. The flavor was great, but it could be more juicy. I also found the vegan Patty to be somewhat thin and, for my taste, slightly overcooked. Will definitely try it again!
