Waited 20 minutes to get to the order microphone, then..10 minutes to order…then 5 minutes to the window . After 5 minutes at the window reading signs that state they charge more than burger King advertising, I finally got my meal . I do not blame the employees I blame the owner . A person that will allow their business to reflect thi level of dis-service should find another line of business …don’t waste anyone’s time there is no monetary consolation fir wasted time

Love the upgrades in features but customer service needs more customer interactions training food is good but from my personal experience staff interactions can be very Mean Girl only when higher up management is around have I notice better experience. Love the coupons and the crowns all around ready for grabs Also service dog friendly ❤️

The store was a little dirty/had spilled drink on the floor. But the staff was attentive and friendly. The pick up order screen was really helpful for knowing when I should pick up the food rather than just waiting for someone to call my name

Nowadays inflammation is trully rocketing. I come here once in a while (once a month) to have lunch. Their pricing is adorable with their mailed in-home coupons.

When we entered it was empty and we got our food, quickly. We wanted to dine. And we quickly noticed the tables weren’t cleaned up. Like none. eventually we cleaned and tidied one up. After that I observed more customers coming in and not getting their food quick enough. Can’t blame the staff because I saw they were REALLY understaffed. Our food was nice and warm so I’ll give them that. (Avoid dining in )
