Girlfriend went through the drive-through for me for them to give us uncooked food. Thankfully we have air fryers!!! This is so unacceptable. Look at the photos. That’s a patty melt not even toasted chicken fries. They’re not even crispy. They’re rubbery. They were not even cooked all the way chicken sandwich that looks like a bites been taken out of the bread. What is going on at this location?

I had a horrible experience this morning at this chain while ordering at drive-thru
The young man at the window was sooo racist , he had questioned where i am from!! Twice and when i answered that I am from Morgan hill, he said but you have an accent!!!!
I don’t know how this could be acceptable in your company???
This should be illegal to ask someone where they are from???

THEY CAN’T EVEN MAKE BURGERS AT THIS LOCATION.
I’ve now tried to get a burger here three times over the last month, and every single time the broiler is broken and they can’t make burgers at all.
This location should not be able to call themselves Burger King, since they can’t make burgers. We can’t just call them King though because they suck.

I come here occasionally. The last few times my burger has just been ok but on this visit it was delicious, fresh veggies, the beef was juicy…really enjoyed my meal. My fries were hot and just as good as always. The fountain drink was lacking gas. Took one star off because of past experiences but I hope you guys continue to make high quality burgers like today.

We went through the drive thru around 10pm and the Service was Horrific the Manager looked like she was mad no smile no hello no thank you NADA she was just very rude!
I must say that the young man who took our order was very happy nice attentive laughing. The Manager looked as if she didn’t want to be there, which is not any customers fault she works there. Manager must not know No Customers No Work for Burger King employees in that location if there is no good customer service. I personally will not return to that location.
Always check your orders no matter where you go… hopefully they don’t for get something and you don’t have to return to pick it up.

They have a problem with accuracy in their takeout orders. The food is OK but when things are missing, it is hard for everyone to enjoy it. Of course I know they’d fix it if I went back, but we were in a hurry, which is what motivated us for fast food in the first place, and making a return trip was not feasible so we went without.

Would’ve been a better experience if the person taking the order was more understanding of someone with an accent,instead of saying I don’t understand ! You should say whatever it is that you do understand and allow the customer to expand on that. When the order was handed to us we asked which order was the chicken and which was the bacon and the response was I don’t know. That’s not a good sign and definitely not good customer service. .. we will come back to your BK because we love bk burgers and fries.Please don’t disappoint us with bad customer service because we are black or have an accent…..Thank you.
