Food was fine but I consider the AI ordering system anti-human. I am already pretty low on human interaction for the day if I’m resorting to drive through, now you want to reduce that to zero? No thanks, I’ll go to McDonald’s where I can at least talk to an actual person instead of a vending machine.

Well now veggie grill is getting my bussiness instead. So as I understand there is a shortage on change in many places, but to short someone’s change without getting the okay to do so it stealing money. I DO NOT CARE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PENY GIVE ME 5 CENTS BACK IR CHANGE MENU TO MAKE SURE ALL CHANGE IS EVEN. BUT TO STEAL A PENNY FROM EVERY CUTOMER HOW MUCH ARE YOU GETTING IN TYE BACK END! Then when I asked for proper change the lady refused to give me my changes I asked for a refund and it will be the last time I come here. This is the lady that refused to give me the proper change. Smh I know customer ain’t always right but to steal money then get mad for saying something about it smh.

Ordered the new chicken fries, but they were rubbery and disappointing. Onion rings were smaller than i remembered and were not very fresh. I ordered BK, but it didn’t work out my way. I don’t eat “fast food” too often; maybe it’s just my palate.

First time st a Burger King in 3-4 years, a chrinchy chicken wrap is a slice of s chicken patty, a slice of very over-ripe tomato and lettuce. No crunch..no flavor..no good.
My upgrade to onion rings was a mistake. More like heated up onion-product ciecles.
My beverage…a diet rootbear….we dont have that.
I should have thrown my money out the window. At least I wouldn’t have that onion stuff taste in my mouth.
Years ago I nearly lived on Whoppers. I am sorr of sad to see them putting put such poor quality food.

I haven’t been inside but the drive through works really good. I believe they’re using an AI assistant to take orders and they use both windows 1 to receive the money the other to fill the order. The food is always delicious, the fries are always hot.

By far my very worst experience at any Burger King in my entire life. I ordered my food from an AI version of a human I asked for no cheese they gave me cheese, I asked for sprite they gave me one with no syrup and add insult to injury I was sitting at the drive-thru window not waiting in line but the window for about 10 minutes just to get everything I didn’t want. I think I will be taking a break from Burger King for a while. Anyone that cares about their money and their food steer clear from this Burger King.

This location made me the best Impossible Whopper I’ve ever had today. Even with my modifications (no mayo or onion, add jalapeños, cheese, and onion rings), it was executed flawlessly. I needed this today after not eating well during a deep depression and I randomly craved burger King. I was not expecting this fluffy, charbroiled deliciousness at all and it made my day so much better. Shout out to the kitchen crew

This is actually a great Burger Kind with great staff, but you have to be subjected to an annoyingly enthusiastic AI that tries to get you to order tacos after you already ordered a family meal. Makes going to Burger King much more annoying than other options.

Attention to details in orders are never on point at this location. Check your bags before you leave!
Majority of the time I get hard tiny pieces in my hamburgers that are clear or white in color….its concerning thinking about what’s in the meat. Plus dude…my teeth…what if I crack a tooth!
My daughters burger still comes with pickles week after week when I order it without.
Onion rings should not be put in the bags if they are burnt to a crisp either. Today they were fine. But the last two of my orders were not even edible.
I shouldn’t have to tell the employee I need my sauce that comes with the chicken nuggets…this happens everytime i go….if I had a dollar for everytime an employee asked me if I wanted sauce when its already listed on the order….I could be rich.
I was shorted on the nuggets also. I got 6 pieces and ordered 8.
Enough of these small things have now led to me writing this review. I buy this weekly at the end of the week for my daughter and I.
I’d like to see improvement or we will go elsewhere on our weekly cheat meal.

I am not sure what is gping on here. But I paid with cash and did not receive the proper change back. When inquire about it the lady told me they didnt have pennies, I am sorry but not my issue I know I am do change and owed change. This is my last time coming here as they will steal your change
