Okay prices are crazy but at least their dining room is open early in the morning from 6am. And there is one manager here who is very kind and professional. But if you don’t order off the value menu, then you might as well eat at a real restaurant because then prices are almost the same

Waited at the counter for ten minutes. I then called out to the only woman near the counter. Asked if I could have the restroom key. She told me both restrooms were being used. Waited five more minutes and a woman walked out of the restroom. Still locked. Asked for the key again. “Its being cleaned”. I told her another woman just walked out. “Wet floors.” Blatantly lying to me. I left. No service for walk-ins.

Miserable people work here. Myra clearly hates her life and her jobs. Terrible customer service. The workers have a miserable attitude. Clearly stuck with the job they have and have no experience to apply else where. If Myra is the manager, that is very unfortunate. The girl with the unfortunate tattoo on her right arm. This worker I have photographed has a terrible attitude, can’t even give eye contact when ordering. Extremely passive aggressive. Need reform and more training.

Dec 24th, 12:30 pm. They have no ice, no fanta, no Sprite, no root beer, no COKE! How do you manage a restaurant with no main sodas… What restaurant doesn’t have ice? Or COKE!! Right at lunch time. Tried to submit the survey on the receipt to give my feedback, no code printed and when I asked for it, they just said it’s not working. Spicy chicken sandwich was overfried and the wooper was gross. One of the worst Burguer Kings Ive visited.

The crispy chicken sandwich is a total mediocre. five dollars and the thing is tiny the chicken was super thin a chicken nugget is thicker. And I ask for a sauce and they charge you for it twenty-five cents. Chic Fila is 100 times better and not cheap…

Restroom doors are locked when they are vacant. They are opened remotely by one of the employees, but there are no signs to let you know that. Unfortunately, employees are way to overloaded to pay much attention to the patrons. During my 20 minute visit, I saw at least five people struggling with the restroom doors.

Will not let you use the bathroom! We ordered our food and Needed to use it but they closed it just before you can get in. She has not even started to clean it. My friend was a senior citizen and was not allowed to use the restroom. She said they have to clean it and it stayed closed even half an hour later saying the floor is wet. For half an hour?! SERIOUSLY! They just don’t won’t anyone even paying customers to use it!
