The milk that came with our kids meals was spoiled. Unfortunately, our 2 year old drank it and has been throwing up all night. Our 7 year old said it tasted funny and when we poured her bottle out in the sink, the milk had a yellow tint to it. We checked the milk bottles and they were not expired so either the refrigeration system at this place is messed up and needs repairs or (more likely-as the milk was cold to the touch) somebody left a load of milks out long enough for them to go bad and then instead of taking the loss and tossing the compromised product, decided to throw it into the fridge and act like nothing happened. Either way, health standards are being violated. Disgusting and dangerous.

Honestly the food is really bad the worst BK ever…
I think people that work in there they really don’t care about serving people good food with dignity especially when you’re paying for it some good amount of dollars … that is more than BAD FOOD…

1st time eating at this BK and I must say I wish I had earlier. It was clean and the staff were friendly. Highly recommend this BK at Rohnert Park.

The cashier was extremely nice, but the food was mediocre. The manager, however was just plain rude. I sat and listened to him for a while, efficiency is one thing, curt and rude is another. He was nicer to the employee than the customers he was in contact with.

Very rude lady at the window. I usually don’t let anyone touch my card. That’s why I prefer tap to pay. She said the tap to pay feature wasn’t working.

The chicken fingers were too dry..doesn’t feel fresh..
