This burger king is the worst they need to do better. Who ever the managers are there do not care. I would not be going here again absolutely disgusting. They can keep this burger king and the hair in my food. Shameful yuck

The Manager on Shift, name given Cecelia, was extremely rude, rolled her eyes at us on multiple occasions. She refused to accept our EBT, even after us going through the trouble of showing her proof of the validity of the benefits. The only reason we came to this location was because it had a sign that said EBT was accepted inside. She claimed it was because we had a type of EBT that wasn’t accepted there. This left us extremely confused as we know that SNAP benefits are accepted in all states. When we tried notifying her of this, she glanced at us and then proceeded to slam the window in our face. We swiped the card at least 3 times and she claimed it was declined. This ordeal took us about 10 minutes, a time that is ridiculous for a fast food location. Not only that, but she slammed the door on us and was wearing a silver ring and a silver chain. This behavior is unacceptable and that this location needs some serious inspection. The jewelry, the attitude, the lack of hairnets, and discrimination all require supervision from corporate.

I had used the restroom, which was a coded entry. Then right after a man in a wheelchair asked to use the restroom after buying food and the cashier told him it was out of service. Completely rude and unprofessional.

Denying anyone a working restroom is completely unfathomable.

They got my order wrong. The chicken sandwich was overcooked, and it was the wrong chicken sandwich. The fries were unsalted and flavorless. I think Burger King usually does better, but today they sucked.

My hubs and I were driving through yesterday and needed quick food. The only reason I dock a point for atmosphere is the general surroundings, not the store itself.

The front desk cashier was really professional and friendly. He went out of his way to make me a specialty item and I am grateful!

The chicken nuggets were tasty too- perfectly cooked. Thank you, BK on Cutting!
