I had a very bad experience at this Burger King. One of the employees (a Nepali guy) was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was talking in a disrespectful way, had one AirPod in one ear and a work headphone in the other, and was not paying proper attention to customers. My order was also prepared very late because of his careless behavior. This is not the kind of service I expect, and I hope management takes action to improve this.

Wait, wait, wait some more. The people are fine they just seem over worked and underpaid. I should know because I’ve actually worked at this exact location before. The drive thru literally took 30 minutes for me to go through. They had no soda for drive thru, only Powerade and pink lemonade. I had to make two orders but that option was not available in drive thru today. I had to go inside the Burger King to order my second order. The second order got to me a lot faster than the first one. They also have soda on the inside, hooray! Now for the kicker, I ordered some of the new funnel cake fries. They are wonderful tasting, however mine seemed to be cold. Stone Cold (not Austin). Now I understand they are understaffed and all but I expect better effort from the employees when it comes to my food. I only made 8 dollars an hour when I worked there, however I made sure that my quality wa.s on point with my service. I normally don’t do this but I have included a picture of my funnel cake fries. They were horrible. If you must go there you have to be patient with the service.

The drive thru area looks a mess with those big pillars in the way. I pull up Debbi rushing me to take an order. I’m trying to figure out what I want she keep rushing me and made the experience really bad. I was two seconds from not ordering but my kids was hungry. 30$ on some food that was not even that great. Her customer service was HORRIBLE!! I’m ordering and she keep saying what else ? is that it ? Like damn nobody is behind us and I need to read the menu I’m not sure what I want like stop rushing trying to mess up the order. She rushed and messed up my order. Ugh. I will not be going back to that location.

The Food is Burger King it’s burger place the outer atmosphere is a bit sketchy for the wimpy and fearful but other than that if you just ignore what you see order quickly you won’t notice the homeless people drinking beer next to you in the drive way. Service is a bit lacking of more friendly employees even when they are not busy, they fail to at least Say Hi! They just give you the amount you owe, hand you the order and close the door. Just forget we are paying 19.00 a burger to allow them to receive the 20.00 per hour wage you can at least be nicer to the customers trust me the burger is not worth 19.00 and neither will the employees be if they don’t start being nicer and appreciate they still have customers willing to pay 19.00 for a burger meal. It’s like the more they make the ruder the employees get, like there entitled to this big wage for being rude. Let’s just hope they don’t get replaced by Robots. They will be out of a job and be forced to work somewhere else and with that rude attitude it might be hard to find another job. I go to the drive thru once a week and order the same thing and get the same service from whoever is working, maybe that’s their customer service training.

Good AI Drive thru. For the first time in history it took my order perfectly. Including the add-ons & specialties like cut the burger in half & extra- extra pickles. Totally amazement. Now I’ve been throught trillions of drive thru’s but this one takes the cake. So real life that I was shook in awe

Beware when paying for your food, one of the managers or female employees charges you more than what your food rings up too. Went through the drive through my total came up too $18.xx. The female employee interrupted and asked whether I was paying cash or card, when I said cash the woman said it going to be $27 total. $27 flat, no change just $27. I paid with a $20 and didn’t receive any change back. I overheard her ask the same question to the car behind me, and proceeded to increase the price for them as well.

This location is open while under construction. Homeless people sitting up against the building. Exterior is dirty and not well maintained. Staff is not very pleasant. They didn’t have the ghost pepper nuggets available nor did they have lemonade, rasberry tea or diet Dr pepper. My order was accurate and fast and they offered the 2 whopper meals for $12 when other locations don’t.

I ordered a buy one get one for $1 I was not only overcharged due to the employee not applying the discount but I then was charged twice for the same order and the discount wasn’t applied either time. This is unacceptable. The way it was handled was unacceptable. They told me they overcharged me and they couldn’t do anything I will have to call. I called it rang and rang and then it hung up. So I am leaving a bad review to anywhere I can. You can’t treat people like this and steal there money. It’s not right.

Burger King on Hengenberger was a interesting experience. I ordered then patiently waited for food . Fries and chicken nuggets were steaming hot but the sandwiches were room temperature like but good nevertheless. Yet by the time I got to my car parked about a block away from BK, burgers were said by a friend of mine That there’s were ice cold. I hope this improves or was just a fluke. Must follow up which could change a rating from 8and 9 to a 4 or 5
