Nice and clean restaurant. Not busy at all. They have no self serve kiosk so ordered dine in through app but my order was never called. They must have lost it. Waited a long time in the restaurant for my breakfast. Eventually asked for a refund through app. This is the second Burger King this have happened to me this morning. Burger King is apparently not good at breakfasts.

The first Burger King in California that I have found to not have an Impossible Whopper. They just don’t carry it at this restaurant. The only reason to go to a Burger King. And the Hours are incorrect. Restaurant says it opens at 7:00 a.m., but the employees say the drive-thru and dining room don’t open until 7:30?

The only issue I had was they had a good customer service. I ordered my food I spent like $10 on my meal. It was a six dollar dual deal I asked can I use the restroom and they’re saying that the restroom are not available I don’t get it so if you are a customer if you want to use the bathroom, you should have restroom services inside your restaurant and they were laughing about it and I don’t see nothing funny about it. And plus aiden said sorry sir but I ever come back to this restaurant no because why that y’all used to have a bathroom now I don’t have a restroom for customers and I don’t think that’s fair that we’re paying for food and we cannot use the restroom now I gotta go straight home and hold it so I can use the bathroom. That’s crazy.

All the exterior store lights are off, no bathroom available (not like you’d want to use it) and the parking lot looks like a war zone. They were “out” of onion rings, the fries had no salt and were room temp, & 1/2 of the drinks (shakes, iced coffee, strawberry lemonade, etc.) were out, and the drinks they did have came with no syrup or ice, basically just water. I had a couple bites and tossed it… places like this with no oversight or management should be shut down.

This specific Burger King is cool. The people working behind the counter are nice. I will say check your bags before you drive off / leave out. They’ve forgotten once or twice to put everything in the bag, other than that I’ve always been cool about coming here. Food is hot! And put together nicely, no sloppiness.

Some years ago, this BK location was old and dirty. Now, this BK has changed a lot. As service as food is fast and efficient, but sometimes the tables and chairs are dirty yet, and outside the building there are many homeless, so I only ask my food to go. The location is still dangerous, even in parking lot. Just the food is good to pick up/drop off.
