This place is garbage and discriminates against certain people. Every time I go there and order in the kiosk as they ask, I get stared down by the guy with long hair and glasses that looks filipino just because I want to pay with EBT. As soon as I show him my card he tells me to wait and after 20 minutes someone else has to ask if I ordered and take my order again. After I told them it was a kiosk order. Today a blonde lady asked me and I told her and she confirmed and I paid with EBT and she gave me a receipt. Then ten minutes later, the same guy asked me if I had ordered. Then he asked if I ordered on the kiosk or at the counter. The blonde lady stepped in and told him that I had ordered and paid in EBT. He didn’t look happy and after a few minutes he finally gave me my meals. I think it’s horrible and shamefull that we have to feel less than because we pay with EBT. He does this to me every time I go in. It shouldn’t be his job to try and embarrass me because I get assistance. I saw him serving a bunch of people in the drive thru and in the dining area and just ignored me until the blonde lady stepped in. Smh

I’m not happy with my order. My whopper jr. w cheese was messy, and the nuggets were old. The fries were good. The phone is always off the hook. The white lady that’s always there was fixing food and touching register with the same gloves. Never ordering from here. Extremely nasty.

Everything was good. Not sure if the onion rings were fully cook
cooked. They don’t offer a small milkshake. Which was a bummer. I had Honey mustard chicken wrap..And onion rings chocolate shake.

Lady on the microphone was very un-polite. An order for 2 people took almost 5 minutes on drive through. Making other cars waiting a long time. Ones we drove to the pickup window we cam notice the stress of her coworkers. But a young lady that was giving us the food was very kind. Despite the stress caused by the older women the young lady apologized.

I was indecisive, and then I got a coupon sheet and then went with the family pack. Overall, it was great service, attention to detail, and friendly staff. It’s one of the best Burger Kings I’ve been to. Would go there very soon.

Seriously waited 20 minutes to order food.
Still waiting for the food. Someone behind my car removed the caution tape to make an exit. This drive through is a trap. Now the cashier said the oil is being changed and there is no food? Still waiting in line. Smh…

Drive thru extremely full, so >I walked in. Usually, by the time you drive off, they always mess up your order. Pricey service for condiments (extra). Not what I’m used to on 35-40$ orders. Wanted to even charge me for pickels on the side. Bottom line… I’ve been at better & usual BG’s and I think I will continue to do that from this point on.

I went there on Monday the 23rd and the cashier didn’t want to take my order and I had a coupon. When we walked in there, there was only two people dinning in. We waited there for 5 min the lady saw us and didn’t tell us anything because we were waiting for our order to be taken. She told me you can order at the self kiosk and I told her well I have a coupon I am not sure how to input in there and she said the kiosk can scan it so then I’m like okay. My mom goes up to her asking her if she can use the bathroom and she cuts her off saying we can order at the kiosk and my mom is like no I have to use the restroom. She opens the bathroom for my mom and while I’m ordering there is not option to input the coupon it just said pay here or pay at the counter and my mom comes back I tell her and she is trying to get the lady’s attention. She sees her and ignores her and I tell her to let’s just go. Another lady passes by she tells us we have to put a code number from the coupon but there was no option at all for that. We ended up leaving because no one was helping and they could have easily taken our order but just told us to order at kiosk. I am not sure if they were understaffed or something but there was only two cars in the drive-thu. There should be a cashier because there are older people who don’t know how to use the kiosks and people with disabilities who don’t understand how these machines work. We went to McDonald’s instead because they had better customer service.
