Good luck on ordering from here because it will take longer than expected! Did an online pick up order for breakfast this morning. Instead of asking to do it asap I gave them an extra 30 mins. I got here & the lady said they just got my order but how is that even possible when I ordered 32 mins. And mind you there was only one car in the drive thru. Like make it make sense. Maybe they need to hire more workers because this is unacceptable. Fast food is supposed to be fast especially at a drive thru. But BK here in Newark definitely ain’t it. It’s been 10-15 mins and I’m still waiting on my order. Instead of having my order ready this lady worker came from the back door with a big bag to hand over to her other half & while kissing I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s on the clock. She has blonde hair and I believe she’s Mexican but working morning shift. So don’t waste your time here. Better off going to McDs down the street if you want your order on time! Do better!

I was in line over 20 minutes. That doesn’t sound long for some but when your on a 30 minute lunch break every minute counts. I mentioned the line moved slow and the lobby is closed for construction. She smiled and said it was because of SpongeBob burgers. I can’t believe the three cars ahead of me all ordered crabby patties.I ordered two double bacon burgers with extra onions. My order went from 2/6.00 to 2/7.97. They charged for the extra . $1.20 and guess what?? You got it. No extra onion and no bacon. Just two cheeseburgers.I tried to call and vent several times. Someone answers the phone but nobody speaks. I always have poor service since we moved to this area. Never again.

The guy on the drive thru register right now 1/3/25 03:31 Needs an attitude check and he ruined my food internationally I believe. Guy got on the speaker and says how can I help you, I proceed to give him my app number and tell me give me a minute as if I was rushing him, puts me on hold for 10 minutes straight, I place my order, he give me incorrect food, as soon as I say thank you he looks me dead in the eyes without saying a thing or mentioning he still needs to give me another drink. Just a blank expression, I orders 12 pics of chicken fingers and 8 pics of chicken nuggets. I got 8 pics of the cheese tots and 8 pics of chicken fingers with the rest cut in half. What is this!? Next time ill make sure you guys get it right believe me. Wish I could post pictures.

The person taking my order decided on themselves to make my combo order small and was insisted that they were right and demanded I paid extra 3 dollars if I wanted a large drink yet the total was 76 dollars . I would of thought that they would make my whole order large but gave me 6 flat soda and the lady who was supervising gave me a sprite when I specifically asked for cherry coke. I will never go back to that horrible place I’m sticking to Jack in the Box.

The manager should probably re-train the employees to not say rude, unsolicited things to customers. BTW, in case no one has noticed this Burger King is priced significantly higher than the Fremont or Union City locations. Identical order ends up being $10 more here. The prices on the receipt don’t match what’s listed on menu.
