Been to a lot of Burger King locations and this one is one of the few good ones. A family member always go to this location on a specific day and time and the outcome is always good. Customer service is good other things I can’t even mention it’s positive. Clean and fast service.

Lady taking order at drive thru was very rude, was told couldn’t substitute fries for cheesy tots, so ordered fries with meal and cheesy tots separately, didn’t get them, also asked for ketchup and didn’t get that. She basically threw the food at us.

Ordered an impossible burger around 4:40pm on June 11th. I got a completely burnt patty, I took one bite before spitting it out since it was so hard and looking inside to see this crusty, fully burnt whatever this is. It’s so burnt it’s falling to pieces and hard as a rock to bite into. Wish I had my receipt which they didn’t give me or I’d post that too.

Burger King has shifted to horrible status at this location. They might as well just close it.
They are trying to do the kiosks like McDonald’s (which i think takes away from the experience).

This was definitely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! The “manager” marquese was extremely unprofessional upon my arrival at the drive thru and when I mentioned it there was absolutely no remorse and he continued to be rude. Once I asked for a manger he spitefully claimed to be the manager and was rude when I asked for the store manager information. He and his coworkers were laughing and making jokes about the situation the whole time. I’m sure the owner of that location would hate to know that someone like that is who they have in charge. I also attempted to call that store and the number they have posted for employment doesn’t even work so I will be elevating this situation

Sounds like some other people have had some not so pleasant experiences here but honestly this was one of the most peaceful and well serviced burger kings I’ve ever been to… I was so impressed I felt like leaving a review!

Quiet, clean with Tv’s to watch as you eat. The restroom is clean and the dining area is quite spacious . Great for having a group of people stopping by to eat. Conveniently located by a gas station and right next to i80 freeway. A great pit stop when your passing through to go further up north or to the east.
