Great staff I ended up going inside because the associate couldn’t hear me very well over the loudspeaker and I noticed when giving him my code he didn’t see my meal deal and rewards on the other half of the spectrum so I gently went inside place my order and comes to figure out all Burger Kings are not working on the same system meaning if I click a coupon and one of my free redeem items it will then asked me if I would like to redeem in store or for an online order moments later will pop out a QR code or a sequence of numbers I give that to the man at the register or in this case drive-thru and they already seen my order applied and discounts but it seems unfortunately that other burger King’s that are a little bit older and age and wisdom are not getting the same beneficial beneficial treatment as such new locations. Remember old bones are just a strong as the newest routes. Ai is so bogus that time I swear we just need to go back to the early 90s can be done with all this technology crap

I was pleasantly surprised. I had a coupon for double burger meal, but I wasn’t too hungry to finish it all at once. Just a burger without coupon would cost more, so I got the whole meal anyway. The lady asked “for here or to go”? I answered “50/50”. She put coke, one burger and frys on the tray, second burger in paper bag along with some napkins. Everything tasted perfect, thank you!

Nice staff work at this Burger King which provide great and fast service to each and every customers. The dining area is very clean. They offered a large fry and a large drink with lots of choices for my whopper meal order. The whopper was so yummy tummy. The fries were so good, so thick and tasted fresh, and I had a nice mouth feel.

The counter person was nice. We have rarely come across such nice & friendly staff member in big food chain. Burger king should start selling their vegetarian burger again. There are not much options left for vegetarians.

Burger was made wrong and made to wait for my food till they served all the drive through even though my order was taken first. Manager kept mad dogging me sitting in dine in table and made the whole experience there very un wanted. When I asked about the wait the Manager just snickered and turned and walked into the back. I worked the grave shift (11pm) at my job and there are times where I don’t have time to grab anything to eat and choose Burger King a lot of the time because they’re one of maybe two restaurants open at the time. Every single time my food is always cold. By the time I pull up to the window. My food is already ready and they’re asking me. What kind of sauce do I want. I have brought it to their attention many times that my food is always cold. By the time I get to the light which is less than a minute away. He took the food out the bag and said something to the cook and then they gave me my food, which was hot, but still cold. Makes me feel like they put it back in the fried grease to make it seem like it was hot. Tonight was the night that they will get any more of my money.

My order was completely wrong. I’m allergic to pickles and they put them all over my sand hamburgers. When I came back at a later date. Since I purchased through the drive through to have the maid, they refused to make it because it had been 30 days. It was 30 days because I’m a flight attendant and was out of the country. None, the less they refused to make it. I reached out to corporate corporate, said it was ridiculous. And that, as a food allergy, it should definitely be remade in the fact that I had a receiptproved proof of purchase no matter how old it was even still, they refused to make it when I called corporate right there in front of them. Terrible customer service. Then on top of it, let me just add the manager who was on duty. She began to talk to the cook in Spanish. Talking about me, not realizing? I could speak Spanish. To say that this was the worst customer service would be putting it lightly.
I’ve never been treated so rudely. And now I’ve paid for something that I didn’t even receive.
