I went to Burger King on Christmas at about 9:30 and there were about five cars before me. The server told me that it would be a wait because of what I ordered. However, when I got to the window it was about 2 minutes because of the wait in line previously. He was very nice and accommodating. This was the first time I had been there in years.

The burger buns are always hard and stale, hell the last time I went there it was so bad I got home and threw the Buns away. I am a Veteren, ate at burger king all over the world and this is perhaps the worst tasting burger king in history. I will go again and next time, if and when the food is crap like it has been for awhile, I will be making a video and sending a video to corporate. And the service is so slow.

Typical Cali letdown BK experience made worse because it’s almost a hundred degrees, they have this outside eating concept but no umbrellas on the tables so they don’t really want you to eat there. I ate there No drink refills either. Employee said, we don’t have refills here. Rude employees with 0 service.

Never been here, definitely not coming back.
They got both of my orders wrong, when it finally came out they took forever, the spicy chicken sandwich was disgusting, like it was fried for too long and WAY too greasy.
This location looks like a dump and there are no refills.
Save yourself a headache and probably a stomachache too.

This is a small location. Drive thru small. Very laid back employees. Food was just ok but then again it’s burger king. Average experience.

Easily one of the worst Burger Kings I’ve been to. The food somehow manages to be worse than the usual BK standard, which is saying a lot. Staff is unfriendly, and the place has a serious bug problem—flies constantly swarming around your food. Definitely not worth it. Save yourself the trouble and eat literally anywhere else.

To be CLEAR the food was great as usual. The 3*s are for the price. It has been a minute since I have gone to BK…but DAMN. 20$ for a kids meal and 1 whopper with cheese and a lg fry. Maybe I’m just cheap… It seems kinda high. Please send more coupons or sum thing!?

We wanted to go inside and eat and wash our hands and use the restroom but they didn’t have anything like that never seen any Burger King with that low of service. The food was okay the burgers weren’t nice and juicy they were rather dry. And the French fries were barely warm so they had been cooked much earlier just sitting there. I will go to any other Burger King before going here again.
