It was late evening 10pm/10:30pm, so drive through only. Ordered a “value priced” soda ($4) and chicken fries. I received no sauce for the fries. These 2 items cost like $9 with tax. Way over priced, I get fast food is more expensive these days, but this was a rip off. No value for the money at all. I could have picked another fast food restaurant and got more for less than this stop.

Alright, my recommendation is to always, but always order from the BK app before purchasing. Why? Free any fries one day, $3 Whoppers on Wednesdays, and all sorts of other deals. Order from the app ( I always ask for less ketchup so they make it fresh), go to the drive thru window and give them your name. Fastest,freshest, and cheapest ordering technique for sure. Food is always fresh and employees are nice. Give them a shot!

My last two visits both had items missing. The first one, chicken nuggets from my daughter’s BK Jr meal. Then tonight, the ghost pepper chicken fries from my Ghost Whopper meal. Pretty annoying and not worth the drive back. They didn’t even give a real receipt so I can’t even complain through their proper channels either.

This burger king has the worst customer service. Walking in nobody was at the cashier and instead the workers were cussing and arguing. There were about 6 workers too. One lady wasn’t even wearing gloves. I even saw 4 people waiting patiently to be helped and none of the workers cared. Immediately walked out.

My experiences with this Burger King was good.
The line for the drive thru sometimes gets really long so the wait can be a while, but they have parking spots right in the front so you can always go inside. The interior was nice, not the nicest Burger King I’ve been to but it wasn’t the worst either. The staff was okay, it really depends on who you get because sometimes when I go there they are very friendly but other times you can tell they are tied and just want to go home. They have never been rude though so that is nice.
Just an average Burger King with a drive thru that can get busy times, especially with the university nearby.

I had just finished a really long shift at the hospital and I decided to stop by this BK to get a small meal. My card wasn’t working for some reason (with my luck) and after a bunch of different attempts nothing. I was prepared to just ask them to forget it. Not a big deal, maybe their machine or my card were acting up. In that moment their cashier, Chase, offered to pay it for me That was by far the sweetest thing I have ever seen an employee too. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! LET HIM BECOME THE CEO! CHASE FOR PRESIDENT! No but in all seriousness if you or any of you three guys who were working are reading this, thank you. I greatly appreciate what you did and I respect that you went above and beyond for great customer service. That really inspired me and made my night. Okay now I’m going to end this review before it gets too long… THANKS CHASE ✌

Bad customer service. Ordered two whoppers 2 different ways both whoppers were exactly the same. Went all the way home to find out the one whopper wasnt edible. Drove all the way back to get it remade. The cook almost remade the burger wrong a second time. I asked for a small drink for my trouble. They said no. I said “OK well let me pay for a drink.” She told me the cost I had my money on the counter, she went amd helped two drive through customers instead. I took my money and left. Will never go back to this location. STOP BEING CHEAP Burger King!!! You waste someone time and money by making their order wrong, the least you can do to make it right is a small drink, which what costs you less than 10 cents?

The service was good and the food came out in a timely manner. The employee was very friendly. The soda machine was not working and I don’t drink coffee. They did not offer a discount on the orange juice which they should have since the soda machine wasn’t working.

My order was taken in a timely manner. The order was correct. The food was great! The only thing I had a problem with was that the employees were only speaking Spanish to each other. I would expect this in a Mexican restaurant, but not at BK. Maybe they could speak English when customers are present. I am pretty sure that if they work here, they speak the language.
