I’ve been here multiple times as a delivery driver, and the staff is both fast and friendly. Also, a couple days ago, my phone screen glitched out after I dropped it, and Jose went out of his way to look up a nearby store location so I could replace it. Thank you, folks, see you next time!

Incredibly disappointed. I stopped into the dining room quickly to grab something to eat. I’ve got 2 hrs on trains and a bite helps. I ordered a cheeseburger and a drink. Pretty simple. Not so much. It was a bit on the busier side, but only in the drive though. 3 people were waiting with me in the dining room, all unserved. We watched at least half a dozen orders go out through the drive through in minutes, but nothing for the dining room. The wait was so bad I had to abandon my order, losing 12 bucks, because I was going to miss my train and I couldn’t sit around waiting on any service or refund. I did let the employees know that I had to leave and which order was mine so that food didn’t just sit around if it was already made, though I did not see it. I was not at all impolite, but I’m actually pretty upset that the staff categorically ignored the dining room.

I was waiting for approximately 15 minutes for my order patiently. No one helped me until then, I was then given my order all wrong. No Lettuce no onion, made poorly wrong. This was around 6:00-7pm.

Staff isn’t super attentive, but recently they went through a renovation and the drive thru is operated by an AI now and she’s very polite! Hopefully this will mean more attention to the cleanliness and in person interactions inside! But yah, wrote this pretty much because of the AI!

The night manager told me that it closed at 10 when I was going to sit down to eat, it was 9:50 and I felt thrown down and left, terrible idea to tell someone that when they are going to eat right.
