I love Burger King, it’s my favorite fast food. However, I hate this one in particular. They always forget something and it’s so annoying. Every time I order food for pickup they forget something. Today was the third and last straw. Don’t waste your time coming here. Not to mention when you ask for help you get a coupon instead of your money back. Don’t waste your time here.

Decent BK. Nice and relatively clean. I ordered the Big Fish sandwich and it tasted good. Nothing extraordinary, but still good. No complaints other than when I ordered Dine In, they still gave our food in take out bags by default, and I had to ask for the dine in trays.

Possibly the only good burger king in the whole bay area, order your food well done to make sure it’s hot. My only concern is the fountain drinks machine isn’t up to standard,might be time to clean the lines out

This is 1 of 2 BKs in my area that I regularly visit for a meal replacement. I am a big fan of their Whopper & Jr. Whopper as they both come with lettuce, tomato & onions which is what I expect in my burger. With their flame grilled patties, I would rate their burgers as a cut above most fast food options and would also recommend their onion rings, mozzarella sticks, while saying their fries are more than decent & I like them too.

My name is Ana, but I’m using my husband’s account to review… I went to buy a burguer at the drive-thru at midnight. The attendant who handed me the bag was polite. But a fat guy with strange hair who was behind him looked at me and said, “Madre Mia, what’s that?” I don’t know what he meant by that. But they should respect customers more. I won’t be back. Politeness and respect in customer service are essential.

The staff here treated people differently. They replaced my new ready burger to a familiar pick up customer on purpose and give me the a little cold burger. I’m unhappy about it.
