I m sticking to carls on Davis rd, the Hispanic old lady was soo mean, she had given me my change and I asked her for the receipt please and she said wait!! I’m not finished!! She then asked me to wait in the front of the store, after I noticed my coffee was spilling out from the bottom so went back and she said I never closed it right, I literally showed her it was spilling from the bottom and she didn’t apologize or anything, she also had forgotten to give me my receipt so I asked for it. This place is horrible customer service atmosphere food they do the food like like garbage they’re the service is garbage or customer service is garbage they take forever to give you the food and when you receive the food it’s either not done correctly or you’re missing something and then they take forever to give you your drinks and when you request your drinks they act all offended like if you’re bothering them The girls here just have an ugly attitude and their customer services representation is awful

First off the lady at the drive thru was very rude and before we got to the windows she threw out a dust pan for god knows what reason,when we got to the window she was very inpatient and very very rude like I get people hate there job but come on lady get it together.The food was missing most of the vegetables and stuff.Idk what’s going on in these Burger King but HR need to have a talk with there employees

This place has failed me too many times. I got frozen pancakes!!! like literally frozen no attempt to heat them. Do not drive away till u checked the bags because they ALWAYS give me incomplete orders. I work retail and I will tell you this if bk has supervisors/ managers that simply do not care about the quality of theyre work or employees work and importance of customer service than this issue will continue at this place. Managers are accountable for this and need to be on top of everything
