Horrible I’ve worked at Burger King before and this is not how we’re supposed to do it you guys need to coach your team because this is horrible one little piece of lettuce and all my tacos.. should at least if you’re going to do that then post the pictures that you say your tacos look like make them look like how you mine are today because this is unacceptable I would like a full refund I’ll have your tacos for you I’m not going to eat these like this no lettuce it’s not what I ordered

Giving 4 stars mainly for the staff! You can tell they were shorthanded, but the cashier was incredibly polite and kept a cool head while managing a huge rush. The food was hot and fresh, though it took about 15 minutes to get my order. I’d rather wait a few extra minutes for a team that actually cares about getting the order right. Great job to the crew working the floor today!

Worst Burger King ever. Ordered Impossible Whopper, patty was burned and dry (like was waiting over an hour). Our double cheasburger has only 1 cheese and has no picules (they sain that don’t have any)

I did the survey 8/3/22. I requested to be contacted. Still haven’t heard from a manager (4/18/23). I update so my review goes to the top.
This store has management issues. If they are out of Coke, sweet and sour sauce, and avocado spread for their advertised burger, it is management.
They charge $1 extra for the $5 meal.
Me: Does the burger have mayo.
Mgr: No. It has avocado spread.
The one they gave me had mayo.
Me: I have mayo. I don’t like mayo.
Mgr: We’re out of avocado spread.
They charge for avocado. She did not offer to make it right. I had to ask.
I ordered a Coke. She had to get it from the back. The soda machine was out of order. She came back and said there’s no Coke. Posted is a sign,”No refills.” That’s what people like!
I asked for sweet and sour sauce. She said they only had Barbecue sauce.
It is crowded with homeless who ask for cash aggressively. Eat at you’re own risk! I’ll update you often.

Food was okay but every time I come here they forget to put something in my bag. I always leave in a rush and forget to check my bag. The last time they forgot my daughters nuggets. Huge inconvenience. Definitely check your bag before leaving.

I like Burger Kings Whoppers..they’re always good..fries here were good too( when they’re hot and fresh)..a lot of good deals here..there’s the 2 menu items for $5 and the 3 menu items for $7( those include the original chicken sandwich and whopper jr’s.) and they have a large vanilla cone for about only $1.55
