I came into the Burger King on Blackstone and Princeton. I ordered on the kiosk machine. Everybody looked confused, meaning the workers. The kiosk machine printed me out my receipt never received my soda had to do the whole order all over again. It was a mess. They need better training in this establishment and better customer service. The Caucasian lady that works here was nice, I’d give her three stars. Another thing that they do not offer first responder or law enforcement discount. In the past I was getting that discount, no longer. To make it worse they don’t even honor Military discount. I prefer going to the Burger King on the west side at Fresno and c Street.

We frequently have gone to this location. Rarely an issue til tonight. We received the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from the so called night manager. We ordered kids meals. Compromised on everything they were out of.. Then to get an unnecessary attitude when we got to the window. Made MYSELF extremely upset when he upset my grandsons. Who does that? He was NOT nice at all. His sour lip soured our taste for dinner.

Came here all the time never received the bad service I did today no one talked the older lady was rude when I asked for my drink. I put no ice on my order gave me a full cup with ice in it then proceeded to wait for 15 minutes for 3 things mind you this there was no one in the lobby and there was only one car in drive I work a cashier at a fast food restaurant very poor do better please.

BAD service. The workers are lazy and rude. The person at the window kinda tall slim guy with a mask on. The car ahead of him was upset with his service and when it was our turn to pull up, he also got our order wrong. A lot of the stuff online or on their menu , they you let you know it’s sold out until you pay, Which is kinda weird slick service. Good thing we paid attention it.

IDK but lately all the Burger King’s Have Been Slacking. Most Of Them Usually Don’t Have Drinks Or The Ingredients For Their Food. This One Didn’t Have Most Of There Sodas Available Only Strawberry, Water And Another Flavor. They Only Had Coke In An Icy Oh And No Buns For The Rodeo Burgers No Bacon. To Top It Off The Fires Weren’t Cooked All The Way Threw And The Meat Was Super Dry And Buns Burnt, Yeahh I’m Done With BK For A While….
